Did a little pre-game with this (Bred AJKO's have the tongue tag swapped):
Met A$AP Rocky and NORE:
Was at the bar at an Art Show and looked down and saw someone else wearing the Solars, went to say "nice shoes", and it was Ronnie Fieg... we talked about the art show, his forthcoming projects, and snapped a pic:
Then we headed to the Nike Stefan Private Party at the Victor Hotel in South Beach. Pretty much everyone from the Art Show went, think i saw that lil' dude Ian Connor, Fieg and the Kith crew, etc...
Virgil was DJing, and they had a freaking live tiger there for some reason... LOL:

I personally think solars look nicer. Plats show off the details so much better though.

Yeah thats what I think also. I just think I can keep the solars cleaner so much longer than the plats.

Said this earlier too, and this is a big reason why I prefer the Solars (and black-based shoes in general) over the Plats (and white/light based shoes). Especially since Yeezys are so much, I'd go with Solars if I could only have one pair because it's easier to wear them with more things, and any sort of minor scuffs, dirt, etc wouldn't really show very easily. That said, I love the Plats too, and I plan on owning a pair eventually. I was originally thinking of copping a pair of Zens, but I think I like the Plats a bit more.
