I read in an article that the 2012 was the worse selling sig to date. If that's not true id assume its near the top when it comes to bad sales.

I just hope they don't throw foamposite on the 2013's, or it will cost $235+. First and last time I paid $200 for Jordans were the Air Jordan 17's. Not worth it at all. I still have the briefcase though.

Why would it be surprising that the 2012 were the worst selling when they didn't even advertise them, made limited quantities, etc.? Tinker even spoke about this and how the 2012 shoe was not meant to be some huge release.

JB tries to sell the story of the shoe more than the actual shoe its self. if they look good/feel good i will buy. if not then i wont, simple as that. save the gimmicks and what not for LA Gears

The concept of a bird could be interesting. The Peregrine Falcon has similar looking wings to those created in the promotional poster. I believe the Perigrine Falcon is also the Fastest bird in the world. This could be a tie in some how. I'm anxious to see what they have come up with.

I have the 2009's which I think were the first Jordans over $200 (I paid $75) and I was pretty disappointed. I'll probably be waiting for ebay deals on these new ones

Haven't worn a Jordan that wasn't a retro release since the 22's but I'm always interested to see what they cook up next....I think its just something inside of me that still believes JB can make a good looking shoe...

Reading through comments on the first page was enough for me. Some people are jumping the gun based off of the one little picture provided, and saying how ****** the shoe looks / is going to be. I personally WELCOME the idea of bringing some sort of new technology to the forefront. I mean ****, what's JB supposed to do, retro the same stuff for another 5-10yrs? I mean yes, the eye appeal to much of the newer J's has definitely fallen off....BUT, as many already said, they were and still are for BASKETBALL!

Nope. The AJXVII was the first to reatil for $200 and they came with the briefcase. The 2009 retailed at $180.
