I mean, I agree and all but the man is 6'9, imagine how expensive suits are to have tailored whether he had the money or not???? At his age, I do not think fashion and having different shirts/sports coats are a priority for him.

Bill Russell lives comfortably in a very nice house on Mercer Island, one of Seattle's most affluent suburbs.

He's doing just fine financially, so he must just really like that shirt.
 
After some thought, I think it's like Batman and he just has a closet full of them.
