i think is cuz the 94 sells really well but the 3 times the force max retroed they didnt sell as well.Instead they keep shoving the 94s down our throats with 3 colorways every year

Remember they haven't properly retried the black and cool grey since 06 I believe ( they made the shifty version in 2012 with the foam material) . When they released the white black and blue they didn't do half black and half blue on the front (they never made the proper retro since it's initial release). Point being, the last 2 -3 attempts shouldn't count as failures since they did them half ***.

2001 black pair SMOKED. Seems like they may have been FNL exclusive, or something weird like that, but those things flew off the shelf.

Cobalts were a FTL exclusive in 2001, I remember because I was mad that my store didn't get them and I wanted them. I saw a co worker with them on and he told me where he got them from, but at that point it was too late smh. The black cw also disappeared quickly in 01 too. So much so, our first shipment sold out within 2 days, and when we got a second shipment, I went to the store on my day off on a Sunday to get me a pair.

Yes the white and blue ones were I had them, they had a finish line exclusive sticker. Though some claimed they got it from nikw stores too( I don't know for this to be true. But they were used a lighter blue back then).

These are masterpieces that were never done right and released. Would love for them to add the number on them as well... Sadly nike are negligent in their approach and never catered to old heads... the black ones he wore also had the numbers

One of the greatest shows of all time
I saw the black pair at Nike Town Vegas that March while out there for a few days. Instead of buying them, I bought the Silver Bullet 97s. I should’ve bought both but I didn’t have the budget, or maybe I figured I’d get them at home. Never saw them again anywhere.

Absolutely beautiful. I'm surprised they haven't completely fallen apart by now. I think my black 01's crumbled around 2013 or so, but I pretty much beat them to the ground. My 07's now have started to crack at the heel like that and I've been wondering if they can be saved (likely not). I love the full cobalt color on the toe cap. I prefer this over the split like the OG PE.Still have my pair of that retro.

Outside of the fab five these shoes remind me of The Geto Boys crooked officer days and that line when Scarface raps about Quanell X’s brother toast. I saw face and a bunch of rap a lot dudes in sharpstown and the whole crew had them. **** was dope to me as a youngster.
