I watched the entire 3rd quarter. I will give my honest assessment.

You have trouble bringing the ball up against pressure. You turned it over once, fumbled it a few other times, and overall looked very uncomfortable handling the ball.

You penetrated the zone nicely on one possession and dished it off leading to a layup.

You only took one shot and missed. It was rushed with the shot-clock running down, but it didn't really look like a confident attempt.

Defensively your man didn't really go at you, so no comments in reference to that.

Overall, you really didn't look good to be honest. You didn't look like you belonged, at least for the stretch I saw. You didn't look like you had any confidence. You definitely need to improve your ball handling and overall skill set. You looked slow compared to the other guards. With your height and athleticism what it is, you would HAVE to play the point at any professional level. And with the skill set you have at this point, I just don't see it happening. I played at a high level and have a lot of friends who do/did as well, so I have seen talent and know what it takes to reach certain levels. No hate, just calling it like I see it.

Agree with you classy freshman. I had other good plays thru the weekend too tho. I think the problem is I don't play against enough real players and have little experience running a team. Played the 2 in college. I think I will be alright tho. I understand what i need to work on. I'm not physically slow but sometimes ill don't just react quick enough and thats from playing weak comp.

You can play. There is noooo doubt about that. The thing is, there are A LOT of people that can play. Six foot two guards come a dime a dozen. Just think about all of the D1, D2, and D3, schools that graduate 6'2" guards every single year who are NICE. There just aren't enough professional spots in this world for all of them. I hope you can find a spot somewhere because it seems like you truly love the game, but it is going to be tough. How old are you?
