Welp, I successfully RSVP'd for the Megatron TR 1's through Niketown Vegas. Now I gotta determine if I'm really about to make the drive to go get them.

EDIT: Got the Jerry Rice's too through the RSVP. :pimp:

Hey if they have any pairs of 12, 13, or 14 that don't get picked up grab me a pair. I have been trying my hardest to get these because I'm a huge Lions fan here in Michigan and the only dude who sounded like he wanted to help said he wouldn't take less than $325...screw that. I'd pay 200 but no 325. Everyone is a reseller now.

I saw some listings on Ebay for Tebow and Cruz TR1s. Apparently they released at the new Champs in Willowbrook, NJ. Didn't even hear about a release for them

Just my 2 cents...
This particular Twitter RSVP was unlike any other I have seen here in LV. What I mean is, it was cancelled/delayed 2 times, before finally opening up for DM's. The first after 7-8 hours of 'open' time. The second after 10 hours of 'open' time. The third Twitter RSVP went live after 6 hours. Add that all up and someone like me invested 20+ hours basically in front of a computer screen. And you want someone to sell it to you for $200? The shoe cost 125+ tax. So by your math $65 is sufficient enough of a profit? Thats like getting paid $3.25 an hour on the minimum of 20 hrs. I too would consider your offer an insult.

And for the record, I won both through Twitter RSVP.

Good for you if you are keeping them. Don't wait for 20 hours if you want to resell. A listing ended on Ebay for 150 so I hope resellers are getting stuck with them so the real fans get them for a decent price. Also, yea I think $65 is enough because I'm not a reseller and have a regular job to make money. $65 is enough to go to the store and pick up some shoes and mail them out in my opinion

2 oregon tr1s on the way. Glad I waited it out and got two for 225 vs. One useless sport pack @ 230 or worse yet, paying ebay 230 +2-300- :evil:

Pretty stoked for the black ones too, although at this point, I am just excited to have one apple green much less 2.

Eastbay had um up sometime on Sat....looks like some dude on ebay bought most of them lol cuz he has a full size run for sale pretty much. Only size 8 are left.

They had OSU, FSU, USC......maybe NDC will get them sometime this week cuz Eastbay had the Oregon TR1's before NDC did.

Eastbay does a horrible job at advertising new product that comes in. When it came to the Trainer 1.3 Rivalry Pack they had no problem blowing up Twitter to tell people that they could place phone orders. Now you have to repeatedly check the website to hope that they are there when you log on. I just want the Oregon WTD Black pair. Overall this pack has disappointed compared to last year's.

Yeah. I agree with regards to Eastbay-- seemingly no rhyme or reason to the release/drop and once you do find it, its usually too late. It would seem being in their Gold and or Platinum Club would get you a heads up on releases like this so that some d'bag doesn't scoop up nearly every pair only to basically admit as much on Ebay and tax for 'em before he/she even has them in their posession. Grimy.... smh... oh well, should almost expect it now. Glad to say I have 2 pair coming of Oregon Green Apple WTDs, but hoping for 2 blacks as well.!
