That type of music isn't going to sell. His best shot is songs like "I Love This ****". If he doesn't want to make straight up R&B or pop, his best route would be strip club music

^^ You gotta point fam but Im soo against mainstream that It wouldn't even phase me.. I would rock the independent game for a minute if I was him to build up a solid core fanbase then drop something major.. Its already hard as hell to go platinum these days anyways why not just stay independent for a while and cake up.. Homie is young too, I think he's like 20 years old.. Its no need for him to rush, he should keep this same grind until its his time..

Told my bro about shorty a while ago. He could easily be a pretty boy pop/ r&b singer if he choses, however at this time it seems like he enjoys singing about the street life, which is a nice change of pace to me.
