I am starting to like these more than every model in the past 4 years besides the 09's. I gotta try them on though.

What's up with these colours?? The grey one that just came out looks okay but idk about these. I expected more.

They're coming the 17th...

Just tried them on. Pretty comfy and they def look better in person. They fit like the 09s, but a bit roomiet. Haven't seen a great CW, but I'll keep waiting. Maybe the volts.

I tried them on today too, They are pretty comfy...09 status imo. They also seem like they should be pretty durable.

My pairs of 09-12s. The black with blue laces are my major beaters(mowing the yard etc.), but I wear them all during workouts or at work so they get plenty of wear. The red are IDs from when NIke ID first came out. And the black and yellow are livestrong with a lace swap. Still waiting on my 2013s to come in.

so, i've put about 20 miles om my 2013's and here are some thoughts:

it's difficult to compare these to some of my previous air max (i've run in the '95, '97, 2003, 2009 - 2012) because those all have lots of miles on them, and the cushioning is pretty firm now. i will say that the foam layer definitely makes the shoe feel highly cushioned, but i think it takes a little feel out of the shoe.

when i say that, i mean i don't feel the ground as well as i do the 2012's. maybe as they wear-in some of that feel will come back.

the breathability of these is nuts. definitely better than previous models.

i have the reflective silver ones, and i posted some pictures, but what i think you don't see in the pictures is that the laces are reflective, as well.

i normally wear a size 11 in Kobes and Jordans and all of my other Nikes, but in my running shoes, i always go a half size down to 10.5, because i really want to make sure i have no slippage. these fit just as you would expect the air max to fit, and the lacing system isn't overly complicated and allows for the lockdown feel i like to have in my running shoes. there are also no noticable internal seams to cause any kind of rubbing or irritation.

the soles are flat and wide which makes for a stable ride with good traction. i like it better than the 2012. just looking at the 2 shoes, it looks like the sole of the 2013 is a bit thinner than the 2012. that could be an issue depending on your running style. if you're a heel striker, you may wear out the back quicker than a mid foot striker since there isn't any extra material to wear through in that area.

hope that helps.

The red looks absolutely amazing in person. It is so bright it almost hurts the eyes, and the reflective swoosh is a nice touch. They are very comfy but fit a bit big compared to the 2012. They are really breathable too, I wore them outside and felt like I was wearing nothing but socks the way the cold air hit my feet. Overall Im extremely pleased with these :smokin

After seeing the reflective silver pair I was intrigued to see more colors again after I downed them at first sight...the other colors so far are a letdown so far though overall that come out on the 17th.

Guess NikeID is the next option. Interested in hearing more running stories though.
