APPRECIATION!

Anyone else loved these back then?
Was the only shox I liked hooping in.

I remember walking into Athlete's Foot in Memphis when they all we're closing down and saw the blk/red pair for 29.99. I said to myself, enh.... the bb4's killed my feet, but for 30 bucks, I'l give these a try.
LOVED them, went back and got the blue/grey the next day.

Good times:

I gave these away! So stupid! They were too big, I was young and in HS and I figured I'd grow into them but nope!

I too have never owned a pair but always wanted a pair.
Have tried finding a size 13 on the bay but they are never on there.
Would cop if they were to release again.

Got a pair for cheap to hoop in and they were great. Now they are just used to cut the grass

I remember they came with a Nike Baller Band and people would try the shoes on just to take them...

My brother had the white/black TB pair from Eastbay when they got all the TB colorways for $50...

Not a bad shoe at all though. loved the look of thm back then and still do...

i wore da navy ones yesterday....talk about a TRUE hood classic....da all black ones i have nightmares for never copping smh.

One of my favorite shoes of all time. The design story is so cool, the cut and fit is perfect, and they look so unique. I have the white and black and white and navy tb colorways (which I would move if there's interest, sz 10). I'd kill for the white and red ones.

These caused my lower back to act up while playing in them....but I loved them for casual wear

My favorite Shox to ball in...looks great casually too. BB4's killed my arches until they broke in...Stunners were good to go out of the box, & they also started the whole "baller band" thing with a TPU wristband included in the box. NEED them to retro!

Man I still got the black ones ds in my closet. I haven't gotten around to wearing them all this time. I might sell them

Loved this shoe, a true classic. I got the white/navy pair on here through a trade and they were great for balling. I wish I would have picked up more back in the day, especially the blk/grays and navy/grays.

I only had the BB4s in regard to Shox. Stunners looked good but i wasn't getting anymore Shox related footwear. I would get them if they did an updated version with 180 air max unit and forefoot zoom.

I love these sneakers, wish I could find a pair in a sz 12.

Was my favorite shoe till I rolled my ankle in them

what? sorry bro, but this has got the be the dumbest comment ever!! it doesnt matter what shoe you wear, r if you land on someone's ankle you're gonna roll it.. no shoe is gonna prevent it.. neither will any ankle brace or tape.

it's just a part of the game.

That's not true at all. some shoe's make you more prone to rolling your ankle than others. The shox for example has an over elevated heel. I've landed on peoples feet plenty of times and been fine in lower profile shoes. In higher profile shoes that's just the chance you take

no it isnt.. if you wear a lowtop, mid or hightop, if you roll your ankle you roll your ankle.. the height of a shoe is not gonna make a difference. why do you think that kobe is wearing lowtops? because it doesnt matter.. when isaiah thomas played he had ankles taped, karl malone had it too, people thougt he was crazy cause he'd mess up his ankles, but it has been proven that it doesnt matter, you land on someone's foot you roll it, doesnt matter what shoe.

then why are the majority of basketball sneakers hightops or mids?
