Basically a buffalo chicken cheesesteak without the bread. More a dip then a sandwitch, but I'd slap it on bread n eat it, that's how bomb it is.
And it's chicken, hot sauce, and cream cheese, but I am sure you can make it other ways.

Yup you can do it like Cru's which gets that crispy top and a little more hardened or in the crock pot which stays more wet

i'm honestly a sucker for anything buffalo chicken, even the crap they serve at subway...but damn, when you add cream cheese to the equation, i'm looking at a breakfast, lunch, and dinner option here.

it's a Philly thing, I seen recipes on google bruh just search buffalo chicken dip, if you make it you won't regret it, I think you guys have the ingredients for a buffalo chicken dip, just not a buffalo chicken cheesesteak persay, cuz of our rolls are what makes it so amazing. But that dip is money especially during football games.
