Andrew Luck's skillset and ceiling is far superior to that of Russell Wilson.
What we saw from Wilson's rookie season is close to the best we'll witness in years to come. Will he get better? Yes. By leaps and bounds? No. His potential is more limited than Luck's or RG3's.
Yep
Once tape gets around on Russ, they will find ways to contain him, and force him to make throws I'm not sure he can make. His size is a tremendous disadvantage once the league figures out how to deal with the option stuff. And once a few hits pile up, and his legs aren't what they are in his youth, where do his skills translate?
Andrew Luck however, is a QB computer, with the size and measurables on top of intangibles that will carry him a LARGE distance. Again, Peyton Manning had a rough rookie year, but the writing was on the wall. Same will be said about Mr Luck.
Some of you must not have followed his career the last few years in college. He threw the ball around with almost no wide receivers. The kid has been LeBron for the last 3 years, teams salivating to get a shot at him. The Colts won the lottery just like they did in 98.
And like Chester said, I like Russ, a lot. Really enjoy watchin him play. But he's not better than Andrew Luck guys.
