Got nothin to do with the running backs, this is the league the NFL wants, arena football throw every down.

I wonder if this week was just the biggest because everyone is fresh, or will it increase even more as offenses get more in sync?

Any injuries that happen to a defense in the secondary or pass rush will cause that defense to become absolute roadkill. :smh:

That wasn't so much of a bad throw by Rivers as it was an amazing play by Cushing. Not many linebackers in the world could read a play like that and make a diving interception for a pick 6.

I'm calm.

Just find it funny, a few dudes in particular, that were posting in here heavy all off-season... trollin with high expectations & unrealistic predictions are now MIA.

You just said the cowboys are going to the Super Bowl after a week one performance in which the Giants gave up 6 turnovers and it still took a onside kick for you to seal the game.

And your talking about unrealistic expectations ?

Chill out pot.

Blue Moon, I didn't just start saying this...

I said this BEFORE the season started, that week 1 performance just attributed to my prediction that our defense would be top 10 this year, and what the hell does it matter how we won the game?

We were up the ENTIRE game, you guys were down the ENTIRE game, it all resulted in a W... nothing else matters.

bills fans

If your name isn't Reggie, LeSean, AP, Shane or Jamal you really didn't have much impact in the running game in week 1

And that was an awful throw by Rivers. It was predetermined from the snap he failed to look Cushing off and Cushing made a nice catch. Classic Rivers.

******** fan turns bottle into weapon

By Dan Steinberg, Published: September 10 at 9:56 amE-mail the writer

Reader Josh — a friend of a friend — sent along this note early Tuesday morning, after he got home from the Skins-Eagles game. It’s been slightly edited.

The Eagles were winning in the second quarter and driving. I heard a weird noise, like scratching at cement a few seats away. I turned to see this guy frantically rubbing something against the ground, and said to my friend ‘Something’s going to happen here.’ It did. Vick ran in for a touchdown and this guy sat up wielding a finely honed knife. He somehow has snapped an empty aluminum Bud Light bottle in half and sharpened an edge of it against the cement into a knife and was quietly inspecting his work.

right. the pressure the texans brought had nothing to do with rivers not having enough time to look cushing off, and throw the hot route. and yeah, cushing made a "nice catch"

Dudes are savages :smh:

It's a football game, how you need to act like an animal dude?

Same **** I witnessed at the Bucs / Jets game.

That's what I'm saying...dudes willing to go to jail over a football game :smh:

Football games are by far the worst sporting events to take kids to.

Pro Football Focus ‏@PFF
10 quarterback disruptions from Cameron Wake most of any defender in Week 1. Dwight Freeney second with 9.

Ed Werder ‏@Edwerderespn
Patriots WR Danny Amendola not likely to play against the Jets, but I'm told they have not ruled him out yet. #pats

word. my family has had season tickets my whole life and of all the teams i have seen play, viking fans seem to be the most dangerous games to attend. them fans are low key about that life, especially the females.

it sucks because it's just not a nice environment to go to. my personal pet peeve is adults swearing in public. i know it's odd, but nothing makes me more upset than grown men yelling out obscenities like there isn't a 10 year old sitting right next to you. going to a sporting event doesn't mean you have to become uncivil. just my opinion, though.

Ok great not nice my bad  I'll give you that. But still if thats Schaub throwing the ball instead of Rivers your shaking your head with disgust. And where was the pass rush the first 3 quarters

you do realize that they gave up the 3rd most yards only behind the packers and ravens right? if anything the week 1 performance contradicted your prediction.

i think they were just so generic in the first half in general. the defense didn't look to be doing anything different. in the 2nd half they mixed up when they brought pressure. on that particular play they ended up getting a free rusher off the edge, and rivers just fired to his hot route. big time players make big time plays. in hindsight, rivers probably should have just ate the sack especially since it was 1st down.

Vereen, Gronk, and now Amendola out on Thursday?

Jets NEED to take full advantage and walk out with a W.
