Either way, even if I am a primarily zone defensive scheme guy, I would still play to my strengths...especially in crunch time. That play to Colston, him and Jimmy Graham should have been completely blanketed and force someone else to step up and make a big catch. Hell, you could even run a Zone Man coverage, where everyone shifts their zone coverage based on where Revis is and who he is checking (Colston in this instance).

alot of things happened once nnamdi go tto philly..

1) he lost a step.. so that hurt one of his main weapons, his ability to use his long arms to jam guys on the line.. having lost a step, once guys got off the jam he didnt have the recovery speed

2) we thought we could use him all over the field and use him like our revis and a little like our woodson.. but i dont think anyone realized how much he rrelied upon using the sideline (he was strictly an outside guy with oakland)

3) he literally had no idea what to do in zone coverage.. this could have something to do with us turning an Oline coach into a DC.. but all DBs from the high school level should know the basics of cover 2/cover 3.. but literally every game we had to see him and safety giving each other looks
 
Gatdamn I wanna punch goddell in the face bc of the way he is changing what's a clean hit and a illegal hit is. Are you kidding me with the call against drew Brees? Great hit clayborn. Great hot.
 
This Lisfranc injury is starting to be like a ACL injury, a lot of players are getting it. I wonder if a lot of past foot injuries were misdiagnosed, Clady is said to be out for a couple of weeks

Obviously it's extremely early so I'm not going to get into who's better than who, but for starters, EVERYBODY in their divison will be a struggle this year... We know about Seattle, St. Louis gave them a ton of problems last year and has only gotten better, then with Arizona finally having at least an average QB to get the ball to Fitz X a really solid defense for once the NFC West is worth a damn from top to bottom.

With that said, they won't sweep any of the teams in their division. Until they get at least one of their injured receivers back they're going to struggle to score consistently and their secondary is a weakness that relies heavily on getting pressure to the QB.

So was Goldson at too many fines/warnings and got suspended? Just wondering why he did and Suh didnt.
 
Why do people like Polian? Peyton, Freeney, Wayne, James, Mathis, Clark, and Harrison.

Why do people like Millen? Cause he blessed us with the comedic outtakes of Harrington, Orlovsky, Mike Williams, Charles Rodgers, Jeff Garcia, and a host of other draftees/free agents.

Anybody know what Leigh Bodden is up to these days?
