Also hoping when Rob Jackson comes back he replaces no show Orakpo.

Dude has been a 0 impact player since is rookie season, and this is a contract year.

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones was hurt early this morning after a brawl erupted on a party bus filled with his Ravens teammates ... TMZ has learned.

It happened after a night of partying in Washington D.C. celebrating Bryant McKinnie's birthday.

Sources at the scene tell us ... at about 3 AM, as people were leaving Opera Ultra Lounge, people on the bus began fighting.  In addition to teammates, we're told at least one stripper was on board.

One eyewitness tells us he saw a bottle being swung at Jacoby Jones -- it connected with his head and hurt him.  We're told an ambulance was called "for a bleeding male" but he was not taken to the hospital.

Our sources say a stripper named Sweet Pea is the one who hit Jacoby with a gigantic Ace of Spades bottle and this may have triggered the brawl.  We're told the bottle smashed over his head and he was "bleeding everywhere."

We're told Jacoby's friends tried to retaliate against Sweet Pea but Bryant McKinnie tried to stop him, and a fight broke out between the friend and Bryant.

FYI ... Jacoby is currently injured and hasn't played since week 1.

Police responded to the scene but no arrests were made.  We're told there was evidence of an assault but no one cooperated with cops.

Saw this on ES:

2011 - Orakpo had 9 sacks in 400 pass rushing attempts (or there abouts)

2012 - Jackson had 4.5 sacks in 200 pass rushing attempts (or there abouts)

Orakpo - no picks in 4 years

Jackson - 4 picks in 14 starts...

You can't even make this **** up

Sweet Pea

NOTHING good comes out of partying w/ Bryant McKinnie. I'll be shocked if he'll even have $1000 to his name when he's 40.

And here we go
Hakeem Nicks says, “I can’t throw it to myself”
On Sunday, Giants receiver Hakeem Nicks returned to his hometown of Charlotte to face the Panthers.  And Nicks caught as many passes as every other Charlotte native.  Combined.  Living and dead.

Nicks was targeted once, with no catches.

After the game, Nicks addressed the troubling absence of production during a contract year.

“It’s part of the game,” Nicks said, via Charles Chandler of the Newark Star-Ledger.  “You’ve got to control what you can control.  I can’t throw it to myself.”

As Bob Glauber of Newsday explained during PFT Live, the lack of production indeed had less to do with Nicks (who missed Friday’s practice for personal reasons) and more to do with Eli Manning’s inability to buy time to throw.

Where do y'all see Josh Gordon ending up: New England or San Francisco?

i dont think san fran would be a good idea just from a media perspective especially with aldon having his issues. new england is usually the type to scoop "problem" players and make them useful. with so much risk there, i'm not sure he does get moved for close to his value as a football player

You party with McKinnie you gonna end up broke or hurt...but Damn Sweet Pea gotta chill :smh: ,need Jacoby back on the field

It's really quiet in San Francisco today. shame.

not hating it

The Niner fans in my area are not fond of me and rest of my coworkers wearing Raiders stuff this morning

I have a feeling you and the rest of your Raiders cubicle comrades will be in hiding as of 5:40pm tonight.  Enjoy the feeling while it last.

We don't go into hiding though! 10 + years of bad football and we out here reppin.

told ya the jets are better then the giants. The jets really arent as bad as everyone thought
