Not sure why they are making a big deal of Minnesota needing WR's, sure that is a big hole, but who is going to throw them the damn ball. Christian Ponder or Matt Kassell? :x :rofl:
 
Michael Bennett is by far the best FA defensive Lineman.

I figured he was going to end up with his Brother in Chicago.

If the Seahawks have another draft this yr, like last yr... Man o Mannnn
 
Christian Ponder and Matt Kassell is hilarious. It's the same situation as Kassell and Brady Quinn in KC
 
Cassel put up some damn good numbers his second year in KC. I think he's great for the backup spot. He's definitely a decent Q when he's confident. Ponder still has the upside, but this is make or break. Peterson's only in his prime, Vikings.
 
NT hates Atlanta, but they're a fine football squad and somehow, they've quietly gotten better. Steven Jackson could be HUGE.

Meh, dont really thinks its that they're hated. People just had a hard time taking them serious after all those first round playoff losses. Finally got over that hill, but now they got a lot of holes in their defense.

Now I will preface this with the fact I am a huge Steven Jackson and Quizz fan with them both being former Beavers.


But I really think getting rid of Turner and picking up S-Jax is a lateral move. Both are slower big backs at the tail end of their career and seem to be beat up quite a bit. I really don't think this addition adds much in the terms of getting way better :rolleyes
 
He's still got some of his explosiveness in them legs, whereas Turner had very little left in the tank. I don't think slow is an apt description for S-Jax as he still showed some burst last year. He's also much more effective as a receiver out of the backfield.

I just think the 49ers n Seahawks are trying top each other but I don't see it translating and meshing together on the field

It looks good on paper but let's see how the season plays out

They are gonna be expected to be Super Bowl or bust teams

And Sherman is gonna have to live up to his OWN hype

I would love to see Sherman vs Manning and company
