Lateral move. wow man.

Be honest, how many of yall actually saw Steven jackson play football last year ?

This

Take it from somebody that gets to watch dude run crazy on his team(Skins) all the time. He is a beast when he is healthy. A very good running back.

Speaking of the why the hell do the Skins play the Rams every year? So everyone can have something to laugh about?

People can sleep all they want but A healthy S.Jax with them WRs can become a serious problem.

Brace yourselves for this one...

DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - The NFL is changing its rules to prevent ball-carriers from initiating contact with the crown of the helmet.

It’s an attempt to make the game safer – but the league’s all-time leading rusher, Emmitt Smith, thinks the NFL should have its own head examined.

“If I’m a running back and I’m running into a linebacker, you’re telling me I have to keep my head up so he can take my chin off?’’ Smith said Thursday in an exclusive interview with Dallas radio station 105.3 The Fan. “You’ve absolutely lost your mind.’’

The NFL’s rules-making competition committee will propose this change to NFL owners at league meetings next week. At least 24 votes from 32 owners are required for passage.

“As a running back, it’s almost impossible (to not lower your head),’’ said the Dallas Cowboys legend. “The first thing you do is get behind your shoulder pads. That means you’re leaning forward and the first part of contact that’s going to take place is your head, regardless.

“I disagree with the rule altogether. It doesn’t make any sense for that position. It sounds like it’s been made up by people who have never played the game of football.’’

Isn't the rule referring to RB's being outside of the tackles?

Its dumb either way, but they're not saying an RB cant lower his head running right up the middle into traffic.

I feel like this is inevitable at some point...

Someone from the NY Times posted about this earlier in the week. Said that a play like when Bo ran over Boz would be a penalty.

I dont know if the rule would be different around the goaline but that would make this rule even more stupid than it already is

Fantasy stats baby, they say he's not that good. It's gotta be either that or the notion that he's misses a few games every year. The guy is the ******g model of consistency for a back, rarely puts the ball on the ground and is dangerous as hell catching when he gets the targets. If he gets the goal line carries Turner got, he'll have the same TD numbers.

I was listening to mike and mike yesterday and they said if the Jets don't trade Revis by Saturday they have to pay him a extra 1mil. That organization is a joke.

Can't wait to see screen passes to quizz and Jackson...The Angry Beavers :pimp:

We still need to pick up a DE in FA, we also need another corner I doubt we sign grimes if we do it will be cheap

Lloyd was scheduled to earn a base salary of $1.9 million in 2013 and would have a salary-cap charge of $4.9 million. The Patriots have apparently determined that's too rich for their liking but would be open to retaining Lloyd at a lower cost.

The question becomes whether the team and agent Tom Condon can find a number that works for both of them.

our TEs better be able to stay on the field next year...offense is going to look totally different

Already they are saying this Jets team is shaping up to have the Number 1 pick in the 2014......... like mac said, any given sunday, but he knows as much as I do that this team is going forward to become one of the worst teams in the NFL.
At this point thatll be a godsend. Instead of tanking last season they decided to win games towards the end :smh:
