Nnamdi will be better than he was in Philly.

Not a huge prediction right there to be honest. I was better sitting on my couch than Nnamdi was in Philly.

Im not entirely sure whether his Oakland success wasnt more that the guy on the opposite side of him just sucked so bad that is was easier to pick on them the whole game rather than going after Nnamdi's man. Seeing what went down last season.

But we will see I guess.

Would it surprise anyone to see Nnamdi perform just as poorly? I wouldn't take for granted that he will be better, but I think he's going to rededicate himself and develop an urgency that will keep him in the league as a starter.

It wouldnt really surprise me either way. I could see him sucking in SF just as easily as I could see him come back to form now that he is on a proven winner that doesnt have locker room trouble every other day like Philly did.

With the whole not eating lunch with the team stories its hard to tell if the team was the problem or if he was the problem. But since there were no stories about that in Oakland I would prolly lean towards the former.

I'm assuming you're talking about Vincent Jackson? He's the only one you listed that is great. DeSean and Miles are not even close to what they got paid. Cruz wants more but part of his popularity is being in NY since there's such a large hispanic community. He's at an event every night, at probably half of the Knicks home games this season. I love Victor but this is only his third year playing this season and he's a small guy, they usually don't last long or miss a few games a year. We'll see what happens though.
desean and miles got overpaid...but thats the going rate for recievers not named megatron or fitz...dwayne bowe finally got paid this year and it was in that miles desean range of 5 or 6 years between 50 and 60 mil close to half guaranteed....somebody will give victor that on the open market..

Those Nnamdi Eagles "highlights" had me  earlier. 2 years of pure trash. I'd like to think he'll be much better with San Fran.

Desean isn't overpaid tho he only got 15 mill guranteed and can be cut after the upcoming season at a cap hit for less than a million

Desean signed a 5 year "47" mil contract.. 15 guaranteed

I think Nnamdi might be done to. Every time a team threw a TD on the Eagles he was somewhere in the picture. Dude was getting worked by Ruben Randle in the last game of the season...... Ruben Randle.

DHB signs 1yr deal with the Colts

I wouldn't be surprised if son had a breakout season after leaving that mess in Oakland.
This. DHB ran a 4.3 though :x . Hilton (4.4) and DHB are going to be one of the fastest wide out tandems in the league. It's gonna be fun to watch man
Fast does not mean you can catch, this coming from a raider fan who watched DHB for the past couple years

RIP.

What makes you think Nnamdi would be covering the #1's you listed?

He probably wouldn't be. Not to mention SFs pass rush is substantially better than anywhere he's been. I don't see any reason for nnamdi to not have a decent bounce back season

Congrats to Brian banks for signing with the falcons I hope gets some playing time this year after getting his life taken away by a skeezer who should have taken his place in jail

IMO defensive stats can be the most misleading of them all. I simply know from some years with the Steelers having some great defensive stats but they were lackluster if you knew the team and watched. Just what I've noticed, more empty stats on D than offense IMO

if anyone wants to take the wonderlic

You scored 21. That's as good as Cam Newton. He scored a 21.
1000

How is nnamdi done? He's not revis you can't put him on an island he's a man to man guy. He's gonna blow up in sf

legit complaint?

Was reading Darrius Heyward-Bey quotes. Why didn't it work in Oak? "I was there for 4 years. I had 3 coaches, four OC’s, seven starting QBs"

awesome story

"Gang, I'm reporting the best scoop I could ever report: my man FINALLY has his dream back: Falcons have just signed @BrianBanksFREE!!!!

Terrible. He should have left without making excuses, because it's pathetically obvious to anyone who has seen him play that his shoddy ability as a receiver is why it didn't work.
