Jerry Jones didn't do Romo any favors with those comments. He wants him to put in Peyton Manning like time and be like Roger Staubach.

He's trying to justify giving him that contract but he's just putting more and more pressure on a dude that can't handle pressure.

Is Miami running at 3-4 or 4-3 this year??? I saw wake playing a lot of DE last year and Jordan will be good at DE or pAss rush lb....

But I aint even worried if i'm a niners fan, watch that Jenkins dude breakout this year

Geno Smith signed to ROC Nation

Tough blow for the 49ers. Not to sure about Boldin either he wasn't really that spectacular until the playoffs.

He's not built for whole seasons anymore but he'll have good games for sure tho...time for the other receivers to fill the gaps with a couple big games of their own

Neither was his quarterback for the most part in all fairness.  Once Flacco got hot, that's when Boldin did his thing.  That's the case for most if not all receivers in the league, can't do much if your quarterback isn't.

Boldin was the best wr on the team. Run blocking, good hands, and can actually run routes. After Caldwell took over is when they got hot

Just not sure if I would feel comfortable with him being the No.1. Sucks for Crabtree he and Kaep were developing some chemistry, and he was starting to live up to his draft status.

im sorry kobe. lesson learned never support or be enthusiastic for an injury a sports star suffers from. It doesnt hurt me until it hit home. Hope for a speedy recovery from crabs and kobe. i will never again do what id did in the past.

dude will never live up to that draft status...the hype was real.

The Philadelphia Inquirer calls OLB Trent Cole a "fish out of water" in the Eagles' new 3-4 defense.
If it wasn't for Cole's enormous contract that he signed last March, then he'd already be gone. Cole has never played outside linebacker, and it's proving to be a chore for him to learn the nuances of the position. The Eagles are trying to force a square peg into a round hole with Cole, but they'd be charged with nearly $10 million in dead money if they were to cut him.

^ yea.. cole, graham and vinny curry are all going be put in the worst position for our new defense

graham prior to his injury might have had the lateral quickness to play outside lb in the 3-4.. but now he seems likely strictly a 4-3 end..

dont want to just give those guys away, but i dont think any of them really fit with us anymore.. other than in small very defined roles (situational pass rushers when we move to 4 man fronts)
