Listen.

As much I love watching the Cowgirls fail and turnover tony chuck picks like it's gong out of style.

It isn't completely his fault, don't get me wrong. He makes mistakes.

But a lot of it is that owner / GMs fault.

And his head coach if you can call it that.

True. Cannot ignore that, but it was the Phildelphia Eagles that collectively achieved those marks and not just Donovan McNabb. Those Eagles teams were all-around much better than any of the teams that Romo has been a part of, except for possibly one...If that.

Thats debatable

Bettter coach and organization that could be said but the Cowboys have had a talent on those teams

:smh: :smh: :smh: :smh: :smh: :smh: :smh: :smh:

I don't think there any way to show my extreme displeasure with the Cowboys right now.

i like romo on the cowboys. he has his bad moments but they always rip him instead of the team. hes a good qb.

Yeah he's a good to decent quarterback but it's like. How long do you keep a Jake Delhomme type quarterback. Bad analogy but I hope you know what I mean

Jerry Jones seriously needs to find somebody to take his President and GM position.

It will never happen, he's too stubborn.

He's treading Al Davis status with that franchise.

AL Davis is 1 of the reasons why the NFL is as big as it Is today. AL >>> Jerry

No one said anything about his contributions to the NFL >D

He's one of the reasons the raiders have been irrelevant for the last decade or so.

Unless you count drafting really fast players?

As much as the extension is kind of ridiculous, I am in the minority by saying I dont believe Romo is the problem.

He isn't the solution either, but then again they have very few alternatives at QB.

What was his excuse last season?

You're implying Romo isn't a problem "at all" ?

What big game has he won or led his team to in his career? He had everything going for him during his "hot" streak and then throws up that stinker with the division on the line.

Just because he is the least of their problems doesn't mean the Cowboys shouldn't explore all options at QB or go in a different direction.

No free agent available or anyone in the draft comes close to Tony Romo.

Joe Flacco just won a Super Bowl and Romo is 5x the QB that Flacco is, just without the supporting cast. Tony and Dez just recently finally got on the same page and Miles comes and goes. Witten has been the one constant and it shows. No continuity whatsoever there. I'm tellin' ya'll...too much is taken at face value with Romo.

...so now Romo doesn't have enough help? Flacco always won playoff games and even two seasons ago SHOULD have gone to the Superbowl, and had a great playoff run this season with no INT's. Romo sure looked like he had enough help when they were on their hot streak, still waiting for the excuse for Week 17 with some of those poor throws he made.

Romo is a talented QB who has always come up short in a big spot. It is what it is and you can't argue otherwise. Baffles me how you can say if is not part of the problem

If Brett Favre can chuck picks and eventually win a Super Bowl so can Romo.

Uh oh, Dez slander :nerd:

*waits for stats to fly*

But I agree.

Also shotty Oline play, shotty defense and also coaching / play calling.

Flacco always had the defense that he did and receivers who cooperated and played team football.

Brett Favre and Tony Romo are both playmaking gunslingers who go on runs of phenomenal football and back that up with unbelievable blunders.

I can argue. Sure, he comes out looking like the scapegoat on numerous occasions, but that doesn't always mean he's the root cause. From a pure football sense, there is so much more at play that people either neglect to see or can't because they don't know what really goes down out there.

This all started with one absolutely ridiculous and boneheaded play, but had NOTHING to do with Tony Romo the quarterback.

I've shook my head at disgust at Romo a few times, but it's so magnified with him that other's want to blow it out of proportion. Your boy Eli has been a doofus on the football field numerous times. Peyton has made stupid mistakes. The aforementioned Favre. In fact, it's rare that any quarterback doesn't look foolish once or twice in his career. The problem is you guys want to compare him with Joe Montana or Troy Aikman or some **** and again...That's face value, no depth, type thinking.
