laugh.gif c'mon bro...i don't think there was malicious intent. if anything, clayborn might have got caught up in a competitive battle with solder. these guys don't get to where they are without being competitive as ****. you have to hope that's all that it was.

I'm not saying it was a direct hit out on Brady...more so him pushing his players to go beyond the drill

Absolutely.

I'm sure you heard the reports of the Shanahan's wanting McNabb to wear a wristband w/ the plays and he said no. mean.gif

I hear ya, but I'm just not buying the lack of "cardiovascular endurance" part of what Shanahan was saying about McNabb.  I think McNabb would have been able to run a 2 minute drill and been able to get up the field in that last drive of that game.  I can go with everything else that was said about McNabb though as he had nothing left in the tank and processed to throw just about every ball in the dirt or at people's feet during the season.

not really getting in this debate.. just adding something for the conversation..

check the '04 super bowl vs the pats.. when the eagles had a 4 min "2 min drive" or whatever the time was on the drive that ended up with a TD to greg lewis.. where guys have come out about how he was blowing chunks in the huddle

@mortreport: No appeals hearing today on Von Miller's four-game suspension because of "complications," per sources.

Fair point, and thanks for mentioning it.

Also, I'll be at the Raiders vs. Saints game tomorrow night.  Looking forward to being in the Superdome.

The Cardinals are going to push both the Seahawks and the 49ers.

I think all three will be neck-and-neck until 6-8 games in, and then they'll falter and fall back but they're going to be better than people think. They lost some, but they shored up some other issues too. Losing some secondary guys, but the line will be drastically improved (Cooper, Levi return). And even if Carson is as fast as a statue, he's a clear upgrade even at this point in his career.

Levi Brown is the definition of a mediocre offensive lineman. If AZ is depending in guys like him then Palmer is gonna get hit a lot, like every other AZ QB over the years..

Damn 3 weeks till the season starts.

I think you're forgetting how nice the Rams could be.

They were already tough last year, and now they added Austin, Cook, Long, and Bailey to that offense. Not to mention they removed the old legs of Steven Jackson.

The way you see the Cards is how I see the Rams, pushing the 9ers and Seahawks for a couple months before falling a bit short.
