revis cursed with sanchez lmao

but naw , why don't they just move up for milliner? 13th overall a 2nd and 6th

to the eagles who didnt even interview milliner

If this trade gets done with Sanchez part of it Dom and the Glazer family gotta go ASAP. Idzik would have to win GM of the year with that one

A major NY Jets beat writer recently shot down the rumor however. He did say they did discuss Sanchez being added.

Sanchez ain't being involved in the deal, and I think it'll end up being a 2nd rounder in this year's draft plus something like a 5th rounder plus maybe a 2nd rounder next year. Schiano/Dominik aren't gonna let the 13th pick in this year's draft go. They LOVE Tavon Austin too much. IMO if the Jets don't budge on their desire for this year's pick they will literally pass on Revis and just draft Tavon in the 1st then go corner in the 2nd and 4th rounds. That's what's taking this deal so long.

But after Revis's MRI comes in Monday I think the deal goes down pretty shortly after that.

That's optimistic. Jets are going to need at least next year's 1st, which seems like a reasonable trade from my perspective.

Don't see Revis going without a 1st being involved. Didn't jets already turn down one?
 
They might give up next year's 1st plus a 3rd and 6th this year, but that's as far as I see them going. The 13th pick won't be involved in this deal. We're bidding against ourselves for damn sake.

but given reports that the chiefs would take a 2nd round pick for branden albert, how good of a tackle is he?

he is only 28 years old

it was a low offer that the pats gave him. the local media in boston is confused why the pats made it so easy for the steelers to match. even with the cap issues in pittsburgh...it was fairly easy to match from what i understand.

you think ben's lobbying pushed them in this direction?
 
Perhaps but they've ignored his requests many times before so it would be nothing new. If Pitt doesn't see signing him long term I don't think it was the best move. We will see if he can stay healthy and be productive this year I guess before anything else occurs
 
I heard the schedule is coming out on Thursday at 8pm.

Hopefully the Giants Schedule looks like Broncos, Packers, Seattle, ********, Cowboys, Bears, and Vikings those first seven weeks. Get all of those tough games out the way, no more late-season collapses :smh:
