All the equity Schiano built handling the LeGrand situation made him a player friendly coach. He has a lot of rebuilding to do at the college ranks when Tampa fires him.

Son of a......I stopped reading right at him saying he would not apologize, hard nosed etc, like 5 words later the jokes arrive.

****.

schiano practicing kneel downs for 2 hours is believable tho

Just saw this, Re: the earlier discussion about Thursday Night Football:

Through two games of its 13-game schedule, the NFL Network's Thursday Night Football telecasts have averaged 9.1 million viewers, up 42 percent from 2012. The broadcast is currently on pace to be the most-watched Thursday Night Football season ever. Last Thursday's Chiefs-Eagles game drew an average of 9.4 million viewers, the fourth-most viewed game on NFL Network behind Niners-Ravens in 2011 (10.7 million), Cowboys-Saints in 2009 (10.5 million) and Packers-Cowboys in 2007 (10.1 million). The Jets and Patriots drew 8.8 million viewers for NFL Net's opener.

Seems like TNF is going to be a mainstay in the broadcasting landscape moving forward.

I think a lot of people just don't have anything else to watch during the week, having that extra night of football on Thursdays is a great thing imo.

Football fans gonna Football fan.  It's not getting any smaller as more women are getting into it as well... More and more people will get NFLN as more cable providers pick it up so there's no reason to think TNF is going anywhere soon.

I'm really looking forward to tonight's game. Get to see one of my favorite players (Tavon) in primetime vs Kaepernick and a Niners team trying to get back on track.

People complain too much about the TNF matchups. Did you guys really not wanna see Andy Reid's return to Philly? It didn't turn out to be a very good game but that's not their fault.

I wonder how Breaking Bad will stack up against Pats vs Falcons this Sunday.

Obv BB is a cable show so it's not a fair comparison but I've heard something like 10 million + viewers as an estimate.

I've always liked having games on Thursday night. I love football, no complaints from me.

Some people just complain for no damn reason.

Exactly. I'm glad we get to see teams like the Rams and such that we wouldn't normally get the chance to see.

I'll likely DVR Breaking Bad for Monday viewing before MNF.

y'all must have to avoid twitter like the plague if you don't watch BB live. every sunday night my timeline is 100% BB tweets

almost glad i don't watch the show

You all foolish to DVR Breaking. Spoilers will be a flying. Twitter, Facebook, NT, the planet is going to be goin nuts and the game will still be in the first quarter and Bad should end near halftime or so.

You can record that portion of the game and fly thru it skipping commercials and all that, no need to worry about spoilers of the first half.
