Can't call bj a clone because he was utter garbage in college....wish much success to him in the league tho

That Cam gif...

I meant his style of play and measurables are very similar to Russell Wilson and not that he will be as good as Wilson. Definitely think he can develop into a nice backup QB.

BJ Daniels is a Russell Wilson clone. Dude has big upside and sitting behind Wilson is the perfect situation. Not to mention he brings all the 49er intel to Seattle. Great pickup by the Seahawks and stupid fing decision by Harbaugh/Baalke. :smh:

JPZ was it you that "really wanted to see what Flynn could do" ?

If so.... Satisfied.

No, Jesus. I'm not satisfied.

******g Brandon Weeden got more than one week. Blaine Gabbert has. Trent Edwards did. Christian Ponder did. Tim Tebow did. Andrew Walter did. Brady Quinn did. Ray Lucas did. Cleo Lemon did. Dan Orlovsky did.

I wanna know if any of THOSE guys ever got close to 480 yards. Give him more than a blink of an eye. Might he suck, yeah. But it's absolutely brain-numbing to me that a guy who walked into Foxboro barely knowing he was going to play until days prior lit up their secondary. Their secondary is mediocre, but it's a national televised game on Sunday Night Football on the road and he had every reason to fail. And he made Detroit look silly too.

He can't even get two games to show what he can do, even if it's bad? What?

 all you want but im sitting here talking football with 3x superbowl champ John taylor who also thought BJ Daniels could be a nice backup in a system that knows how to utilize a mobile QB.

Flynn confuses me

i remember that Sunday night game ; that boy came into Foxborough and did his thing . same with the record breaking Lions game , but since he's clearly been *** ...

and technically counting pre-season games hes had more than just last Sunday to show what he's about w/ the Raiders

Repost from the Hawks season thread:

In other news, they've claimed backup QB BJ Daniels from San Fran. I like the move, don't know what it says about TJack or this upcoming season, but as a potential long term backup option I think he'd fit in perfectly. He's shown flashes in the pre-season, while both Pete/Schneider have been on record of co-signing the guy saying they had a higher draft grade on him than where he was actually selected.

Reports all day were saying that Rex wants to use a color-code wristband system for Geno :smh: . Few minutes ago though, Rex said no go.

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. — Rex Ryan put the red light on a color-coded system to help Geno Smith.

A few hours after saying the New York Jets are considering using a wristband with plays designated by color — red, yellow and green — the coach said in a radio interview Wednesday he doesn't plan on doing it now.

The Jets, trying to help cut down on turnovers in games, used the same method during Mark Sanchez's rookie season in 2009 to help him determine how aggressive he can be on a given play.

During his news conference, Ryan said the team hadn't planned anything specific to aid Smith just yet, but added that using the color-coded wristband was a possibility. He later told ESPN NY 98.7 that he changed his mind.

They can't treat Geno with the color code BS. Just drill it into his head in practice not to force throws, and to hold the ball with two hands if he is ever gonna scramble/go down for a sack.

And stop watching the And 1 mix tape dvds instead of game film.

What does it matter if the talent isn't cohesive though?

As a Giants and more specifically an Eli fan, this season has been so bad that its comical

My point was that NYG and Pitt have the talent and HC more importantly to turnaround the season, even at 0-4. Playoffs is a long shot, by 8-4 the rest of the season isn't.

Never knew that John Skelton is that old Michigan QB John Navarre

the more you know
Wait, they're the same person? Damn I didn't know that either.

I just saw the Sports Science on AP and his 60 yard run in England... My God he is nasty!

Over 700 pounds of force in one leg on a cut, 1200 pounds of force in his stiff arm = to a heavy weight boxer and the last 10 yards he was at 21.8 mph!
