It pains me to see Giants fans overreact to a win against the lowly Vikings. Sure, I'll give them credit: they finally got a win, and shutdown AP. However, I never realized how bad the Vikings were offensively when AP is non-existent. And especially with Freeman at QB? Yikes. Dude has been a mess all season, and it carries over from last year. He makes Sanchez look good.

Call me a bitter Jets fan, but I really hope the Eagles find a way to beat the Giants next week. Give them a sense of harsh reality that they are still a team with plenty of flaws and will not be playoff bound this season.

Wasn't really referring to NT Giants fans because I wasn't home to watch the game, so I didn't see what goes on in the thread.

I'm talking about friends of mine already talking how "we're about to win this division, watch!" . :lol:
 
So... Weeden and Freeman can play like trash weekly and still have interest from teams while Tebow is jobless?? I dont get it

I dont get it either. I know the dude brings alot of media attention. But i know forsure he play better than those two bums. Plus he has a playoff win.

I don't think we'll win the division, I think the division is so bad that any four of the teams can win it.

Freeman is a much better QB than Tebow. It's funny how people act like Tebow is a real possibility at the QB. When Denver cut him, there were three teams interested in him AS A BACKUP QB. When the Jets cut him there were ZERO teams interested in him as a QB. A few were interested in other positions. The kid isn't a QB, the whole league knows it.

I see everyone say this. Can someone explain the pros and cons to a "circus" or having lots of media attention? I feel like it's one if those non analytical fake comments writers and taking heads use that carries no weight. Just my opinion though
 
Tim Tebow shouldn't be playing QB in the NFL. I don't care what anyone has to say about any other quarterback playing right now. Get over your man crush for dude, and move on. He's terrbile. I can't believe some of you dudes are still in awe about that string of fluke wins he had that one season. I'm legit tired of seeing this dude's name brought up in any QB conversation.

There are no "pros" to having a circus-type of atmosphere. Everywhere Tebow goes, there is attention.

He could be a great guy for all we know, but for a player with as limited ability as he has, the circus/headaches that come along with having him on a roster just aren't worth it.
 
Im looking way ahead but if the Chiefs get the number 1 seed and the Broncos get the 5th seed theres a possibility they play in the divisional round. Chiefs can exit without a win or Peyton will fail again in the playoffs. Seems like a potential win-win for niketalk.

Freeman has looked bad the last 2 years but stop, Tebow is not a NFL QB. Completed 47% of his passes in Denver that year, won a game by completing 2 passes.... 2 passes. Looked awful in this past pre-season when he knew he had to fight for a spot. And I'm a Tebow fan but some of yall live in a fantasy world when it comes to this dude. The only team that should even think about bringing him in is Jacksonville cuz it can't get any worse, at least he'll sell some tickets.

Josh Freeman has been putting up Tebow stats for a year now.

At what point is he what he is?

I watched that game last night and Tebow could have done better. At least he could run the ball.

Josh Freeman is awful but I'd still rather have him at QB of my team than Tebow...

Ain't nobody got time for that glorified FB/ATHLETE with 86 THP and 44 THACC rating....
