I never said Josh Freeman was great but If you asking me to choose between him and Tebow, I'm taking Freeman.

Dunno why I watch First Take in the break room. I keep getting my blood pressure up with Skip Bayless with his constant hating on Andrew Luck. I want to break the TV lol.

The RG3 slurpage is unreal from Skip.
 
As it currently stands, Tim Tebow is right where he belongs which is out the NFL attending Bible Study tonight and praying to land a job somewhere. 
 
There might be something to Kerry Rhodes being blackballed in the league. Was just thinking about the problems the Skins have w/ their DB depth and the looming Meriweather suspension, and Rhodes isn't even getting a look.

generally id agree with you , but if you watched the game last night it was clear AP wasnt getting ANYTHING in the run game . they purposely stuffed the box to force the Vikings to beat them in the air

Gannon was ripping the Vikings staff on NFL Radio. He's right though. Everytime they ran the ball they lined up in tight packages and condensed formations which played right into the 8 and 9 in the box. It was evident when they were running.

Freeman can still be a good quarterback in the NFL and even though he had some very errant throws last night, he just wasn't given a chance to play well with the limits placed on him.

The Vikings team I saw last night was the worse I've seen in years and wasn't even the competitive team I saw the first few weeks of the season.

Just bad. Heads will roll soon if something miraculous doesn't happen.

Oh, I definitely caught that snooze fest :lol: I get you, but I'm still not going away from him for Freeman...I'll gamble the front wears down/AP finds a hole before I place hopes in Freeman.
 
I'm not taking Freeman off the hook, but he was placed in a pretty bad situation , last night. Only being in MIN for a few days, and being asked to come in and win a game in primetime isn't fair. I think I (and many others' expectations for his performance were a bit too high). You also have to give the Giants' D some credit for their gameplan. Last night was one of the hardest games for me to watch, as a football fan.

Random thought: Ha-Ha would be a perfect fit for Cincy. Impact safety on the back end. Would likely have to trade up to secure him.
