Pro football focus rated Richard Sherman the 5th best player in all of football last season. Peterson was 83. If I have time to post more of the advanced metric looks I will, but I suspect all of them favor Sherman as a CB.

Last week Matt Stafford threw for 357 yards 3 touchdowns with no picks and no sacks.

PFF gave him a negative grade for that game. Pretty much ended my belief in their rating system.

Pro Football Focus is terrible grading Qbs, along with slot corners/receivers for some reason. Pretty solid with the rest of their rankings tho.

Please elaborate as to why this is true and provide examples.

Golden Tate out up a strong game against him on Thursdays. Golden Tate is not a #1 quality reciever.

So when Titus Young and TY Hilton fried Richard Sherman it doesn't count, makes sense.

Tidus young was over a year ago and TY Hilton wasn't his man. I wouldn't expect you to understand since you seem to not understand basic zone defense. Even so you said small receivers always fry sherman is two plays all you have? Dude has like 1000 plays under his belt and you come up with two plays?

Golden Tate put up a strong game on Thursday vs PP tho. That's why he's a bad corner.

there is a difference between getting beat once in a game, and getting beat consistently in a game. People forget Sherman leads the NFL in INT's since 2011

Sherm's the man but he needs to guard number 1 receivers more often during games. Still the best corner right now IMO.

What Steve smith did to that bears defense in that playoff game was down right dirty. Dude made the whole defense look JV

That **** was GLORIOUS, breh. I vividly remember starting that day off copping the blk/carolina 14s to rock with my size 60 personalized Panthers jersey that night (I was only 15, that qualifies as young & dumb hopefully   ). That game still lives in my top three favorites of all time, and Smitty's season that year is still overlooked as one of the greatest by a wideout in history. Triple Crown year, on a run first offense...if DeShaun Foster didn't go down in that Chicago game, I really think we could've given Seattle a run in that NFCCG...gonna be a sad day when 89 hangs it up.

Favorite player of all time. :pimp: :pimp: :pimp:

Man I had a slew of oversized jerseys haha..I used to consider a 56 'small', and it made things no better considering I was 6'3" and a solid 140 max

My senior pics will forever live in infamy lmao :smh:

Still remember that Bears/Panthers playoff game too.

Y'all can't forget how Smitty also destroyed the Giants the week before too  :x

They don't even need Percy yet.
The fact that they've been this good without him is :x as well
