Adrian Peterson had 13 carries tonight. So his carries last three games have been 10, 13 and 13.

They're trying to lose. but 0]

Frazier and Musgrave are coaching for their jobs. The best course of action to secure those jobs is clearly to ride Adrian Peterson and worry about the now, because it's the only way they will be around to care about his knees later. It just makes no sense from their point of view, the ones that have the only say over it.

Classic pitiful performance. After the game Rodgers was quoted, "I wasn't going to let this team beat us". He's being awesomely blunt about the quality level and credibility league-wide this team holds, but I see that quote more as reminder that the Vikings have ZERO guys with his mentality. Everyone's looking around waiting for someone to put pressure on the wound, when the only person who can actually stop the bleeding in a 52-person sport is a talented quarterback.

Top level defensive players and offensive linemen can't throw a blanket over what's lost from bad QB play, but the exact reverse of that is possible. The likelihood of achieving the ultimate goal with a great QB and giant holes elsewhere is not great, but typically you can ride that to a playoff berth and from that point on you have a chance.

“@RapSheet: Sources: #Texans QB Matt Schaub has torn ankle ligaments that he’ll be attempting to play through. He may not be “right” all season.”

Mike Williams put on IR.

Heard the Bengals have made some inquiries to us about Revis. Don't know anything further about it though.

Something interesting and idk and I doubt it has any correlation with Dez, but...

In 9 games where Dez scores multiple TDs, the Cowboys are 1-8.

Interesting.

:rolleyes That is such a meaningless stat

We all see why the Cowboys lose games. It's not because Dez had multiple TDs.

It's always either a Romo choke, defensive breakdown, or horrible time management.

You don't even have to be a Cowboys follower to know that

"ESPN NFL - Brandon Meriweather, suspended for helmet hits, says he'll have to take players' knees out "

WTF?

What a dumb ***

I get what he's trying to convey but coming from a guy who headhunts one too many times, it's just stupid

Guaranteed Goodell saw the quote and is very happy that it was said.

What an idiot :smh: Now it'll be even easier to suspend him for the rest of the season the next time he goes for a dirty hit.

Dude shoulda kept his mouth shut

Anything that's not 100% clean from here on out will lose him a years salary.

Not really what Meriweather said in context.

Even the point he was trying to make was stupid though

Actually I'm glad he said that now the league will look into these knee injuries on defenseless receivers ala Randall Cobb Dustin from Miamii etc.
