Not to get too homer-hurt here, but I think you should give an explanation as to why Russell Wilson isn't in that group.
Just one opinion, but this is from PFF today:
The Best Young QB in Football
Andrew Luck was the first overall pick, and the guy with all the hype attached to him. The ready-made storyline of replacing Peyton Manning was too good to pass up for most, and his performance has been good enough that most can’t really see past that. Take both players in isolation, however, and I think Russell Wilson is the better of the two. It’s obviously a moot point, because we can’t do that to any degree of accuracy, so we’ll just stick with what we saw in this game. Wilson was ruthlessly efficient against the Vikings, taking advantage of the situations he found himself in and making plays when things broke down. His passer rating for the game was 151.4, and it was 149.3 when under pressure. The little flip pass to Lynch harked back to the best of Brett Favre, moving out of pressure’s way and drawing a player to him before splitting a couple of Vikings for the score. Maybe we can’t sensibly separate Luck and Wilson, but at the moment Wilson makes fewer errors, while still making plenty happen on his own.

Wilson has the best defense in football behind them and a team that's offensive focal point is running the football. I think Russ will be great in time, I just don't think he is asked to do the things the guys I listed are asked to do. But I have no issue if someone were to put him in that group.

How many of ya'll feel Russell Wilson is somewhat overrated due to the fact his defense allows him to avoid shootouts/comeback wins (besides the TB game I guess).
I personally feel hes the most underrated player in the NFL in general, but my friends think otherwise. I would like to see him drive down the field, 2 minutes left against a good team on the road though

Alex Smith also has one of the best defenses in football yet he's not on any of these list.

Luck is playing with Trent Richardson gaining 5 inches per carry, with no more Reggie Wayne, Vic Ballard, D. Allen, and still has his team in every game.
Put Russ on Indy right now, and Luck in Seattle, and it would be heaven for Luck. (not that you can just simply swap players like that system wise, but you get the idea)

I was telling my boy when we left the that was classless by Brady, nd if (insert black player here) did that the media will crucify them.
Brady nd belicheck STAY handling their losses like an angry 5th grader. No one ever calls then out tho.
And it's not Brady I'm mad at, he can handle his losses like a child if he pleases. It's the finicky hot nd cold media I dislike. If Brandon Marshall, dez, Steve smith etc walk off the field like that it'll be all over sports center for weeks. You'll hear the usual bad leader, team cancer bull u always do.

Wilson? He did that in the playoffs against Atlanta, Bears twice last year... He's done that a bunch.
Plus he's been playing with a sub-backup O-line this entire year.

I hit on this before, but the bottom line is that there are too many variables involved when trying to just evaluate one Q comparative to another so there's always room for debate. People weigh things differently (i.e. weapons, defense, O-line play, etc.)
Flip a coin and heads I get Luck and tails I get Russell, then I'm ecstatic either way.

Andrew Luck is the benchmark. Doesn't matter what you say.

When Russ is asked to do those things though, I think (for the most part) he gets the job done.
It probably just isn't realized because he's usually doing his thing early when the game is still close. By the end it always just looks (on the box score) that the defense/Lynch dominated. I don't think he gets enough credit because he doesn't put the ball in the air too much.

Benchmark based on projected success though. Can't fault Russell that people had doubts about his height and what not. Luck was on a pedestal from square one...A true benchmark to the elite are for those that already are and those that remain there.

Luck's O-line is much worse than the Seahawks starting O-line. Luck's O-line is much better than the Seahawks line without their LT, C, RT, and LG.
Also, this was one of the worst offenses in football before Russell got here. So let's not act like there has been no impact.

Anyone who watched Russ in college KNEW he would be good in the league. The height thing... man... I'm so glad Chucky hit on it before the draft. "He played at Wisconsin, where the average height of his oline was 6'5"... and led the NCAA in completion percentage." I can't remember if he led the NCAA, or set the record for completion percentage. It was one or the other.
Yes, the systems are different and yes, Russ has a power running game and outstanding defense. No one is arguing that. The guy doesn't make mistakes and does what's needed to win games.
Russ, Cam, Luck... you can't go wrong with any of these guys.

Over the year's you'd think I was a Cowboy fan with how much I try and defend that guy. I still think he's one of the best, but I completely agree that until he goes from week 1 to Super Bowl with great play, he can't be talked about as highly as I'd like.

Pats still 7-3 , have their division locked up and , based on the last decade of regular season success, will probably get the second seed in the conference. We good over here
However, thats two games this season that the Pats have lost on controversial calls/no calls. Hopefully that will put the corny "this game is rigged because the NFL loves the Patriots" talk to rest.
You guys also won a game because of terrible calls against the dolphins. Refs had to make it up to you guys after that call in OT against the jets.
