Refs initially said he was and re-established, I don't think they showed that part on the replay.  Not sure how another player touching the ball first effects that also.

My father in law lived in Seattle for a while and is a die hard seahawks fan. He moved to LA after my wife was born. So he hasn't been back to a game in 30 years. So for Xmas I flew him out and got him seats to the biggest game of the season and #MNF! Let's go Hawks! Thank you Kam Chancellor for the seats!
