Whomever represents the NFC east in the playoffs probably won't win a game. Those two defenses are putrid.


As for Carolina, they do lack offense, but they'll be the perfect team to go to Seattle and win a tight, low scoring game. Saints/niners have shown they can't. Doubt Green Bay or Chicago can.
 
Watching some of Dez mic'd up, I realized he reminded me of Chad in quite a few ways. Stupid? Wrong? Reeeeeaction

Dez is cool. I feel bad for him being on that team right now. Seems like most of them were just listless on the sidelines.

Supposedly Rodgers collarbone shouldn't be "100%" until like Feb/March... So if they're not gonna play him last week at 85-90% then I don't know if they're going to play him at 90-95%... If he doesn't play this week then I don't see why they'd clear him at all before playoffs... 

Then again team doctors shouldn't be making decisions based on playoffs and such...

I'd much rather go into the Superdome than Seattle though.
 
I think it's very noble holding Rodgers back for his own good.

Especially being just one man away from a complete 180.

The team that straight up sucks is still in position to get 2nd place in the AFC with a first round bye.

They're not playing the same. Onviously. But far from sucking. It seems like they gotta keep proving themselves.

Anything's possible but I think if the Chiefs go to Indy they'll be justly favored.
 
Only way I can see the Colts having a chance for a run is if they get a bye.

That team does not look good at all and they have a ton of work to do. Maybe the bye gives them a strategic advantage and also allows Rogers to get more up to speed and Luck to get more rapport with him and Brazill. However, I don't see their running game magically showing up in the playoffs. Brown isn't an RB1 for a SB contender and Trent is..well....he sucks.

Then again, there's always that hope for some Luck magic, but that just isn't reality right now. KC shouldn't have any problems winning if they play eachother.
 
colts even with the GOAT DE probably aren't getting that first round bye. don't see it happening. and even if it did, they'd still have to go to denver in all likelihood at some point along the way to the SB.

It's the NFL playoffs anything can happen... not like the nba where the 1 seed is a shoe in for the finals...

I think he said he'll take less just because he knows he's getting cut.
