I know one Titan gave up his fan card like a year ago

I haven't read if anyone replied to this, but common sense says that the ball bounced like that because of the angle made between his arm AND the ground.

Don't want to get too hung up on the call because our offense didn't play very well.  But I do think it was pretty clear.  Pereira also said it hit the ground.
