first off im gonna say im in the small group that thinks superman returns was a good film. nothing groundbreaking, or anything my body wasn't able to be ready for, a la nolangod's upcoming epic.

now whats good with kalel's pops dialogue here? is it from the comic or what?

Written by David S. Goyer and Directed by Zack Snyder. Nolan didnt do **** with this movie except for pushing for WB to get it made and having a say in casting.

During story discussions for The Dark Knight Rises in 2010, David S. Goyer told Christopher Nolan his idea on how to present Superman in a modern context. Impressed with Goyer's concept, Nolan pitched the idea to the studio, who hired Nolan to produce and Goyer to write based on the financial and critical success of The Dark Knight. Nolan admired Bryan Singer's work on Superman Returns for its connection to Richard Donner's version, but stated that the new film would not have any relationship with the previous film series. Jeff Robinov, president of Warner Bros. Pictures Group, spoke to Entertainment Weekly, and allowed a peek over the wall of secrecy surrounding their DC Comics plans: "It's setting the tone for what the movies are going to be like going forward. In that, it's definitely a first step." The film will contain references to the existence of other superheros, alluding to the possibility of a further DC Universe.

There were talks of Batman VS Superman film a few years ago. You even saw a poster of it in I Am Legend.

Like I said. I'm assuming. I'll say this much...Hollywood accounting and politics. You really think the 1 person credited for writing $200M movie, is the only person who wrote it? That's just a list of who wanted the most credit, had the most pull/connections and is getting the most money.

I just remember that style and philosophy of sourcing pieces of the comic books that was used in The Dark Knight and thinking...I doubt this is Goyer.

Goyer, to me, has always been a hack, so I'm always biased against giving dude credit.

I think they'll have his strength progress throughout the movie. I like that little super speed clip of him running. So dope

i know but how strong will he be in the movie. Like in the comics his strength depended on the writer of the comic. I hope he that superboy prime storng hahaha
