Already a difference from last year where this team remained relatively healthy we're already with the injury bug. Hopefully these won't be long term injuries and they'll be back soon. :smh:
 
Larry Grant looked terrible in pass coverage. Peyton threw it his way on just about every pass the first two drives. Peyton knew damn well what he was doing throwing all those dump passes without Bowman in there.
 
New head coach. New offensive coordinator. Still burning timeouts because the playclock is about to run out. Still having delay of games.

Whats the common denominator?

Did you even watch what happened?

Somebody was running out the huddle last second which means there was confusion as to what play was being called. That falls on the coaching staff.

The only common thing here is you stay making stupid assumptions.

Two timeouts burned in the first half because the playclock was winding down. A penalty for delay of game AFTER a timeout. Keep making excuses for your guy though. Starting to sound like Andrew.
 
Ok win. Wasn't impressed with the starters on defense. But, it's only the Preseason so I'm not really tripping with anything besides the injuries.
 
i hope whitner was telling the truth when he said the broncos game planned for the game whereas the niners didn't at all.
 
He is. At least I believe he is. The offense looked as basic as it can get, nothing special. But Harbaugh and co. haven't shown anything, they haven't tipped their hand at all so I definitely expect a lot more in two weeks.
 
Yeah I'm hoping that the case as well because our 1st team defense and offense did little to nothing yesterday. I'm not worried either way, hopefully that is motivation for our team to play better once the season really begins. Also, we have got to utilize Randy Moss better than what we have.
 
The San Francisco 49ers announced they have moved RB Jewel Hampton to the Reserve/Non-Football Injury List and LB Darius Fleming to the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform List. Both players do not count against the 49ers active roster, and will not be eligible to practice until at least the Tuesday following the completion of week six of the NFL schedule.

The team also waived the following 12 players:

DT Patrick Butrym
WR Ben Hannula
WR Joe Hastings
DT Matthew Masifilo
CB Cory Nelms
CB Deante’ Purvis
TE Joe Sawyer
OL Jason Slowey

WR Brian Tyms

The 49ers roster currently stands at 75.
