20 bucks..

I mean it's not expensive, but why start charging now? The last few years I've gone were cool and all but I'm not going to drop 20 on something that should be free.

Hopefully everybody made it over. Too bad our game threads wont be filled with niner colors anymore.

Ready for this season to start. I'm going to the Detroit game, and the Bills game. Hopefully I can get some decent tix for the Giants...

dashon signed his tender.

i'm happy the niners didn't bend over and pay him what we wanted. He's a good, but not great safety.
With that said, all the starters are back :pimp:

man, i am so ready for football.

All my post count is gone! I don't want to live in this planet anymore..with that said. Let's go Niners!!

49ers sign veteran Leonard Davis to one-year deal:
The 49ers, who hosted veteran guard Leonard Davis back in March, announced today that they hand signed the 6-6, 375 pounder to a one-year deal. The 49ers made room for Davis by releasing undrafted rookie David Gonzales of Washington State. Davis had surgery on his foot during the offseason, and he presumably has recovered from that procedure.

Davis, 33, is a three-time Pro Bowler, has the size the 49ers like along the offensive line, but he is reaching the end of his career and did not play a snap during the 2011 season. The 49ers are set at left guard with Mike Iupati. Alex Boone has stepped into the starting lineup at right guard, and the 49ers may be looking for someone to provide competition there.

The 49ers drafted a guard, Joe Looney, in the fourth round. Looney, however, still is recovering from a foot injury and will not be available at the start of training camp.

Davis originally was a first round draft pick (2nd overall) by the Arizona Cardinals in 2001. He has started all 155 games in which he has appeared, was named Second-Team All-Pro in 2007 and is a three-time Pro Bowl selection (2007-09). After spending six seasons with the Cardinals (2001-06), Davis was signed by the Dallas Cowboys in 2007, and he played there through 2010. Davis spent the the 2011 season with the Lions.

Nice pick-up IMO. Adding some much needed depth at guard since Looney's status as a backup is up in the air because of his health. If Davis is in-shape and motivated, he should be pretty good as a reserve.

I recieved my season tix in the mail the other day and I really can't wait for this season to start. I think everyone agrees - anything less than a SuperBowl this year is a failure. :pimp:

Go Niners!!!

Got my flight, hotel, and ticket for the lions game. A quick nite in Vegas first. I should be good and drunk.

Whats the best site to get tickets for an away game? Stubhub?

I always do craiglist. I find tickets for face value from people that hold season tickets. Got a ******* pair 10rows behind td line for $100 just make sure u look for people selling them as a owner and not dealer!

No doubt, StubHub prices are kind of steep right now... Im trying to get 1st row seats along the 9ers sideline

While its dope as hell to see the players up close, you wont be able to see the game. I'd say go at least 5-10 rows back and get the best of both worlds.

I was checking it out and most of the prices were way up there... Is it better to get them closer to the date of the game? Its the 49ers/Jets game though so I dont know about getting too much of a deal. :\
