some parts hype man. not really a big deal in san diego. i would say 20 people tops came to line up for the sneakers. its all just stupid hypebeast in LA that cause such a seen. its not like the broadcastin crew knew what was goin on. they just saw a large gathering and thought it was important. these shoes are only good as much as you want them to be. LA heads obviously made it look like these were grails.

Like I said these were very well done...Tha quality is great and tha packaging is very nice...In fact I'm still on the look out for the Fututa pair in a size 11 if anybody is willing to sell...
 
I think the way they released these shoes was wrong, because this is something thats a part of history for both people who like vans but much more for people who love the simpson like myself.

It got me really upset when i talked to abunike23 and he told me he wants 400usd each for his Kaws and cartoons, which is business but then he goes i hate Vans and i hate the Simpsons i just did it for the money, so thats just got me pissed because people that really wanted did not have a chance because some 15 year old could afford to spend 24hours in line.

Im just posting my 2 cents, i know how it is but for something like this i think it was unfair how they did it, should of at least did a raffle or something

Just don't buy from that guy...he should be banned for trying to sell in this thread. Through that big group of hypebeasts that were in la, there were some true simpson fans there.

a couple of things........vans sucks for releasing so few of them. you should see the line at the kwik-e-mart here in LA, i bet a lot of those people would love to get there hands on them. i do understand trying to keep it limited but that limited? @#%$? People that buy the shoes and dont like the simpsons or have no intention of wearing them need to get a life and i for one would not hesitate to tell that to someones face. I hate the fact that they stopped at size 12 therefore making it imposible for me to get a pair. I will not ever buy a shoes that i myself cannot put on my feet, screw anyone elses "hustle". greedy shops charging that much? and you people still shop at them? Am i the only one here that sees a problem with that? And finally if you people are mad at particular sellers trying to buy/sell here thats what the report button is for. I use it often.
