The past 7 years he has had over 1000 yards. Not many recievers get 1000 in two years in a row, let alone 7.

And when it comes to discussions about receivers in the league, Torry Holt and Marvin Harrison are almost always underrated.
 
haha marvin harrinson UNDERratted..the guy who didnt play this season....who probly got some pro bowl votes...the guy is a beast....he is old and hurt..lol atyou chester....you must be a kid cause u dont no anything about the last 8 seasons.....

Go ahead and make a post about top-5 to 10 receivers in the league, and see how many people forget or don't include Torry Holt or Marvin Harrison in theirlists. But I bet you'll see lots more "flashy" receivers on them.

And what does not playing this season have to do with anything? Risk possibly coming back and injuring himself, or save himself for when it matters in theplayoffs?

anyway, i can see both sides with marvin harrison....i def. dont consider im underrated cause the dude is a beast arguably top 3 in the league depending howyou look at it, but lots of people dont give him respect he deserves, but im sure if you asked his opposing defenders theyd say he is probably one of thetoughest to cover

you have to be a kid cause you dont no that marvin used to put up GREAT nubers...even last year he was a top 3 fantasy player.....not that fantasy showsalot. also he is a first or second round pick in almost every fantasy league.....

Putting up GREAT NUMBERS and being a GREAT FANTASY PLAYER doesn't mean you aren't UNDERRATED as a player. He is a GREAT WR, VERY VERY GOOD, but hedoesn't get the RECOGNITION that many other WRs do. I'm not denying his TALENT or NUMBERS one bit. People will put Steve Smith, TJ Housh, AndreJohnson, etc ahead of him on their Top 5-Top 10 lists. I've seen it MANY times, and lots of times people simply look over the dude. That is what makes himUNDERRATED.
 
i dont want to mess with the overrated, but here is my list for underrated

QB - Jeff Garcia

RB - Marion Barber III, Chester Taylor

WR - Larry Fitzgerald, Reggie Wayne

CB - Marcus Trufant, Antoine Winfield

LB - EJ Henderson, Ted Bruschi, Lofa Tatupu (maybe he gets his props, but i just dont hear much of it)

S - Ken Hamlin
 
Mike Vrabel is underrated in my opinion. The first year he makes the pro bowl is when he's playing along side Seau, Adalius Thomas, and Bruschi
