I love when people rush to make threads and everyone knows the topic of the thread because the person was so descriptive.

Just warms my heart.

Down 113-111, Salmons was in trouble and almost lost the ball near the top of the circle. But he found Garcia open on the baseline and his 3-pointer put theKings ahead for the first time since late in the second quarter.

Trailing 114-113, Gay made one of his few mistakes all game, losing the ball on a dribble drive to the basket. Brad Miller made two free throws with 2.5seconds left, then stole the inbounds pass at midcourt to end the game.

Can't believe the Grizzlies let them back in the game. Horrible coaching by Iavaroni and terrible FT shooting down the stretch. Should've put Darko inthe paint instead of Pau to contest those easy layups the Kings had the end of the game. Great game by Rudy though, even though I was disappointed that he justlet the ball go out of bounds like that.

when ever tSamShoX makes a thread like this I just assume that the Kings won the game.....or they lost due to refs fault..no need for details......

. Dude deff. stepped it upthis year but he had the costly turnover at the baseline that essentially lost them the game.

The Garcia shot got me

, but Salmons has been phenomenal. He drives andgets layups AT WILL, unlike I've seen in Sacramento in all of my years as a fan. He averages over 20 points as a starter on well over 50% shooting, playsthe best D on the team behind Artest, and has, along with Miller, kept this wounded Kings team from resembling the likes of the T-wolves. About 75% of Salmonsshots are layups in halfcourt sets; it's crazy. As Garcia said after the game, they should be on a 6 game winning streak (all without Martin, Artest, andBibby) right now; they gift-wrapped the Cleveland and Chicago games.

good comeback by the kings

I'm excited for Bibby to come back next week, so he can build some trade value up, I think the direction of this team depends on Ron Artest, and to see ifhe actually wants to resign with us or leaves, we should know by the deadline I guess. If we trade them I think we can get some good draft picks and startreloading from there. This team is very competitive, and Reggie Theus is doing and unbelievable job with the talent we have now. I am excited to see how hedoes when we have a healthy team, because our bench has proved that they can play with anyone! We can be a dangerous team any given night as well!

I like a nice portion of the individual players on the kings, but i keep praying we'll get that franchise-changing player in the draft like a Tim Duncan orLebron. Because i really see no other way we can compete for a championship in Sacramento sadly.

Haha don't think I've been sleeping on Francisco Garcia...Louisville happens to be one of my favorite teams, and I used to be Garcia's jockwhen he played there (yes, I'll admit that). I remember sneaking peeks at my phone at halftime and throughout my AAU game the night they played in theFinal Four. I've always liked the guy, but have a hard time keeping up with him since I never really get any Sacramento games here in Texas.

It's a lot to ask...but be patient until 2010

I amserious though...

Salmons has been playing so well that it doesn't even shock me that he had 20+ pts and 10+ rebs. I sorta expect it from him now......

He was in college for at least eight years.

Haha I remember thinking that when I would keep up with him so much in college. Every year I would think it was his last and he'd just keep coming back.

not too shabby playing with the flu.

i live in Sacramento, never miss a game, and fransisco is garbage. He forces up shots and turns the ball over. Him and douby need to search Arco for the weightroom. He does hustle and play D though which no one else other than artest will do.

I wouldnt call Garcia garbage, he's having a good year, way better than last year by far, he's just trying to come into his own right now andestablish himself so he can get more playing time imo which is the reason why he's forcing up so many shots. Garcia is feeling his 3 point range so thatmay be the reason for it. Douby is now starting to play with more confidence in himself and should turn into a very good bench player, he has already shownsigns of him bieng able to be a proven scorer who plays decent defense.
