I know it's blasphemy for me to even allude to that day...

Reggie/knicks.

Playoff performances obviously hold more sway but if it was regardless of when then it's

TMac's 13 in 30.

i'm not getting in this argument.... The "push" isn't the reason why Russell stumbled.. He was already out of the picture regardlessbecause of the crossover.

This right here below is a real push off, or contact that affects the opponent's change in direction

Seriously, I know how anti-Kobe some of this board is, but that game against the Blazers was amazing.
I was screaming like a little girl when he knocked down that shot to tie it.
And when ge won it, my goodness.

MJ was the originator of superstar calls.
You couldn't even touch him in his later years without getting a foul called on you

so now I said he didn't get the calls from the refs?

Like I've said in other posts, in his early years he would legitimately get hammered goingusually driving to the hoop, but from 95-98 he could get away with just about anything with the refs.... But this shot at Utah is not an example of"superstar treatment". They reffed the games different back then. Instead of bailing out a defender at the end, they would let the player'sdecide the outcome. Regardless of whether it was Michael Jordan or not, that would not be called a foul at the end of a game back then, particularly not in theNBA Finals

Should Stockton have received more criticism for not waiting for MJ to clear before passing the ball to Malone? I think so.

Regarding the topic, the answer has to come from a Finals performance, but not necessarily the deciding game.

I feel you man, when Billups got that foul in the Boston vs. Pistons game a few games back, I was disgusted.
It's rare to see a foul called in the last possesion of the game, but times have changes in the NBA, sigh

Holden, that is rarely discussed, but you're right. There is no way Malone is supposed to know MJ is there.
MJ was right at Malone's blind spot, as great a pg Stockton was he should have waited a bit longer for that pass.

my vote goes to larry bird against dominique wilkins.

that game when they were going off on each other, hitting degree of difficulty shots back and forth.

most of ya'll are probably too young to even remember.

That game where Reggie scored a rediculous amount of pts including a dunk where he flew out of nowhere on the Nets in the playoffs I think in his last or his2nd to last season in the League
