I dont remember kobe going for 63-10-8, but my memory is pretty bad.
I remember it was a 53-10-8 game, like [color= rgb(255, 0, 0)]531[/color] said above.... still veryimpressive numbers though

The Cavs are a joke, they are basically an NBDL franchise without LeBron. Thats the definition of a one man team.

Removing the 0-6 record the Cavs have in the games LeBron didn't play this season, they are not barely above .500.
Anyway, people went nuts yesterday when Kobe went for 48 on 44 shots and had like 2 rebounds and 2 assists next to the 48. LeBron had 51 on 28 shots and barelymissed a triple double. If Kobe wants to have good all-round stats, he has to cut on his scoring significantly, LeBron can do both.
honestly everyone knows that kobe is the best player in the L hands down.
Yeah, LeBron's horrible performance last night has me totally convinced of this.

Here comes the statisticians in here to argue numbers..
Lebron justdoesn't impress me anymore. Son is 6'8 250 with speed. His skill set is extremely overrated. I mean what can Lebron do well beside being 6'8 250? Imean he has great court vision, but everything else he does is not phenomenal. The problem is no one on the court can match him up because he's too fastand too strong. I been watching the kid since High School and he's still a man playing amongst boys.
I'm not entertained by dude though. His shot, footwork, post-game, handlesare all average.

63-10-8 is wrong. It was actually 53-10-8, that was an amazing game. Kobe drove past Yao for a sick reverse dunk in that one.

cmon now. I am one of the biggest Kobe fans on this board. When all is said and done, LeBron will be better than Kobe. LeBron is going to be the greatest toever play this game. He looks too comfortable out there, and hes just gonna get better.

Lol, there's a good chance Lebron could be better than Kobe when it's all said and done but right now I think Kobe is a better player than Lebron.
And I never understood the people who try to downplay Kobe's rings by saying he wouldn't have had them without Shaq, like Shaq was the only reason theLakers won those 3 championships. Unless I'm wrong Shaq has never won a title on his own and has always had a superstar guard on his team to help withthat. First Kobe and now Wade. Neither of them would have had any rings without each other as well as Phil and some good role players(Horry, Fisher).

That's what I'm saying, but a lot of Kobe haters love to diminsh Kobe's 3 rings by saying it was only because of Shaq that the Lakers won, likeShaq scored every point and had every assist during those 3 titles.

first of all, don't judge me by my SN, i don't care about the Lakers record or the Lakers. and i never said Kobe was doing better statswise than Lebron this year.
so what are you even saying? are you saying that Lebron is a better scorer than Kobe?
I'm trying to say that what you said about LeBron relying on free throws to get his points is flat out wrong. He gets a higher percentage of his pointsfrom conventional field goals than Kobe.

At the particular point in time you're talking about, my antipathy/disdain for Kobe was stronger than it has ever been; I couldn't stand ol' boy.
AND... Fisher was my favorite player from that 3-peat.
But even with those two facts in place, you just damn near made me choke on air with that crap.

Someone got you to believe that Horry's shot against the Kings (off of the Divac assist) and D-Fish's .4 shot against the Spurs was something thatthese two did every game or something.They are both VERY MUCHLYappreciated by me so I'm not even going to come close to bashing them right here (especially my dude D-Fish), but there's no way I would take Horry OR Fisher OR both for Kobe. Atrade of D-Fish for Kobe? I wouldn't do it, not now and not then. A trade of Horry for Kobe? Not now and not then. Horry + D-Fish for Kobe? Not now and notthen.
And I reiterate these two things: I am a HUGE D-Fish fan, and I am NO Kobe fan.

So I'm watching the reply right now on FSOhio, and LeBron is dumb as heck for not going to the basket to end the game in regulation.
With Miller guarding him, 10 seconds on the clock, tie ball game, this dude dribbles to the right wing, towards the 3-pt corner, then pulls up, fading towardsthe baseline, and jacks up a long 2-pointer?
That's not ballin'.
P.S. Imagine my surprise as I'm watching this game, seeing Navarro go off for Memphis, and realizing that I benched him last night on my fantasy squad.

im just saying shaq did most of the work during the came and fisher ended it and horry came around in the big situations. i do think the lakers could have wonthe championships without kobe they only had to play the nets and sixers. And i dont think its true that kobe is better then lebron cuz of 3 championships. Idont think the lakers could have beat last years finals spurs the finals team where tony parker for some odd reason starts to shoot 70% from three. I dontthink many championship teams could. And when lebron plays them he has to go through it while having varaejo on his team and for this particulary series therefs. It could very easily had been a 2-2 series but lebron got tripled with 10 seconds left and decided to give it to varejao expecting to get it back so hecould go try and win but no varjao drives and throws it a million miles per hour off the backboard and when lebron goes up for a three the next game whilebowen intentially fouls him but he doesnt get it and loses. I mean im not gonna dwell on it still lebron lost and everything. But i dont think kobe should bebetter cuz of that and i dont think lebron should not be MVP because his team sucks. and thats why i hate the NBA and cant i watch it anymore unless imwatching lebron and now the pistons and celtics. But im not trying to get in over myself but theres so many things that bother me about the NBA to the pointwhere i cant watch it. But i love basketball so im stuck watching the worst run league ever made the NBA until march madness where theres good college gamesugh. o well i love lebron others love kobe we cant get through to eachother so it should stop il accept what others think
