Koston 3...anywhere to be found?

i need help finding some koston 3s, i still have them from back in the day but there are 2 problems they are skated and 3 sizes to small. any info drop ithere.


ps. i checked ebay and they have 1one that is a sz 6
 
no one kept these on ice, may be hard to find

my homie had the white and carolina joints

and he got koston to sign it with the chomp logo

way before chomp dropped. it was dope.
 
I'm guessing you'll never find them. Not to hate but like dude said, no one kept skate shoes on ice 10 years ago. Good luck though. Wish I had keptsome old DC Boxers (not underware) from '96 or some of the first Axions. I'd even kill for some Marc Johnson Emericas from 2000.

onetruesoul. i was searching on ebay and saw about 3-5 pairs of K2s, thanks for the input everybody maybe one day ill find them
 
I forgot what these look like. I'm posting from phone and I'm too lazy to google, so can someone post a pic = ) my friend has an old pair of kostons hewore like a small handful of times and they are red/white. *edit* I found the pic. Yeah, my buddy has size red/white koston 3's . those are tight.
 
At the very least Lakai is releasing their version of the Koston 1 with the airbag very soon.

Aren't those things like almost 10 years old? Good luck finding them.

I'd hope Lakai eventually ends up releasing a lot of shoes similar to the eS Kostons (2 and 3) and some of the DC Howard (1-2) and Carroll (1-2) modelssince they've already redone the Koston 1. Seems like a smarter move than those moon boot D3 lookalike team shoes that I have no idea who keeps buying.

I never really liked the Koston 3's...a little too "basketball"ish for me back then. I had the 1's though, I thought those were clean.
Funny how that works out. I remember a skate shop I used to go to had many pairs of K3's on their Clearence shelf for $30.

White/Red and Black/Red were the business.

I had Koston 2s at one point but they were stolen, then moved on to Osiris shoes, which were amazing.

Skate shoes are trash nowadays. They've taken retro beyond what was necessary.

I still have my pair of Koston 1s in white/red.
I destroyed the hell out of them and I still have em.

Wish I could find a DS pair but I doubt it.
 
The midsole on my 'Warm Grey/Clear Sole' K1's disintegrated thanks to a few scuffs caused by ten minutes of skating on the one day I forgot myshoes I usually skated in. Hopefully they re-release those colors but then most companies been stuck on vulcanized instead of clear soles. Vulcanized clearsoles? That would be something.

If companies have to do the retro thing the '90's seem long ago enough to be considered retro. Do it up Lakai! Retro the K2's and K3's. Forgetthe other 4 that came after that though.
 
^umm, not saying you sound like an idiot, but lakai didnt make the k2s or k3s, it was es.

I'm sure fugualarmclock knows that homie. It's been pretty well speculated/announced by myself and others that Lakai is "retroing" theirinterpretation eS's Koston 1. He was just stating that he would like to see them take on his other pro models as well.

Exactly. Lakai is releasing their version of the K1 and so I'm sure lots of people would love it if they went and did their versions of the K2 and K3.Especially since eS hasn't really been popping since the late '90's and losing all the heavy hitters on their team.
 
most of the skate kicks from the 90s and early 2000s were the*+*#% to me. that was when they actually made new designs instead of rehashing old school looks.

yeah i had those in the navy blue, with the carolina blue accents, they were crack.
