one of the best feelings... work out so hard in the gym and at home
then you go running and you can barely lift up your water bottle...

yea yea but getting that feeling means you worked the hell out of that area... my arms and back are still hurting from working them out on tuesday...

The gym is still packed - must be January!

I've been playing so much ball and VB lately I haven't had a good workout at the gym. I'll head there tonight - hoops bye week.

My legs feel like burlap bags of potatoes this morning. My squad owned the court for about 70 minutes straight. I slept like a baby though.

It's pretty fun walking into a food joint and asking "what item on your menu has the most calories? I really need it."

ive been feeling a lot better ever since i gave up beer, junk food/sweets, and soda even though i didnt eat/drink those all the time...
plus having braces makes it hard to eat that kind of stuff anyways so it all works out.

I agree to an extent, but you should stretch before you start your workout. Being too sore sucks!

yeah i know where yall are comin from, it's a really good feeling. because u know u did something good for yourself. i need to start working out more

i couldn't even get up off the toilet the other day. it'storture to put on/take off a damn t-shirt.
Heck no.

I hate that crap.

definitely appreciated.

what sucks is to see how out of shape you are though when your body aches after a little workout. my calves are aching from shooting jumpers yesterday, juststraight up practice jumpers, no running for like 20 mins.

i dont know how to work out correctly so i really dont go up to the weights. i play ball like 3 hours a day but thats it. i have lost 40 pounds over the lastyear and a half but ive hit a major platuaueeuaa. dont know how to spell that so yeah

A better feeling is when you've already lifted weights in the morning, and you feel bored at night, so you're contemplating if you wanna do cardio atnight...and you finally drag yourself back to do cardio...and the feeling of accomplishment afterwards, and the feeling of working out twice in a day. Happenedto me today; worked out legs/shoulders in the morning...then only 3 people showed up at the local rec center to play ball tonight (we usually get 10-15 everyweek)...so I wanted to make up for it somehow..ended up forcing myself to go for a run...got in a great run, finishing 5 minutes before the gym closed....ahhh.

Heck no.

I hate that crap.

I love working out.

Love the feeling of accomplishment after a tough workout.

I hate the hell out of the next day.

It's like saying: "I love hangovers, because I know I drank like a champ last night"
