Mike Bibby, Kevin Martin, Ron Artest coming off the bench

The only reason I would post this is because I actually think Theus will continue with them coming off the bench probably until the ASG. Let the bench gettheir wind back, and keep players like Salmons and Garcia comfortable by still allowing them touches/minutes by starting.

... well those 3 are just now recovering from injuries so yourtitle's argument is a little off the mark... BUT Sac has a good squad and even as a Lakers/W's fan, I hope those 3 can stay healthy (well really justK-Mart and Artest... I hope Bibby stay's healthy to boost his trade value). And possibly they'll salvage the rest of their season.

I don't think their that deep. Lakers have a deep bench. And I hate the Kings and Lakers. But with Bibby and Martin coming off the bench, it helps the teama lot with the fact they are finally active.

The Toronto Raptors have the best bench in the league.

Kris Humphries
Jose Calderon
Carlos Delfino
Jason Kapono
Jaun Dixon
Jorge Garbajosa

Not really, because all that's going to happen is whoever gets starters minutes will relegate the other to minimal contributions (i.e Bibby/Udrih,Artest/Salmons). I actually think they should see what they could get for Artest, Bibby, Shareef, and Kenny Thomas. These younger, hungrier guys are playingbetter and with more energy. I heard they turned down Nate Robinson and Renaldo Balkman for Artest.

^Yeah that was a rumor out here in Sacramento...I too would turn that offer down, the Kings wouldn't benefit at all with that trade. What Geoff Petrieshould do is package a deal with Artest and Bibby and try to land Gasol...That would help out the Kings big time. Abdur-Rahim has been a joke since he leftafter his freshman year at Cal, and Kenny Thomas isn't producing anything. Mikki Moore is overpaid and not producing the numbers in which gave him thatcontract. Beno Udrih is a solid PG who should get more PT.

I would not go as far as to say Shareef has been a joke since he left CAL. No fault of his own he was on some really bad teams throughout his career and wasthe leading scorer and rebounder for most of those teams. He has underachieved based on his talent due to injuries, etc but a joke he is not.

Toronto has a good bench, the Spurs have a good bench, the Mavericks have a good bench, the Pistons have a good bench, other than those teams, I wouldn'tsay anyone else has a good bench that can do their job. The Kings LOOK like they have a good bench because their starters were injured for such a long time.Single wins don't mean much, and I don't see how a sub-.500 team-bench could have a good bench, because their starters better be good, and if they havea good bench and good starters, then you shouldn't be below .500. The Kings aren't bottom-feeders, but they're not playoff material IMO. The Westis too strong this year and too much time has gone by. I can't be convinced the Kings have a good bench after 2-3 games of a healthy team. If you'recounting Artest/Bibby and such as bench players (and will be for the rest of the season), then the Kings starting five sucks.

We don't have the deepest bench in the league but we have a great one. As soon as artest, bibby, and k-mart get back into the starting line up we'll begood with garcia, udrih, salmons coming off the bench to back them up. We can hopefully make a run to the playoffs. And great win by the way for the kings tobeat the pistons.

Once again great win for the Kings! 2 in a row. Artest + Bibby+ Martin+Healthy =

why you gotta hate your fellow california teams dude? dont hate congradulate....

as for the kings, benchmob the sequel? i want to splay every laker fan or announcer that tries to call the lakers bench the benchmob when everybody and theirmomma in cali knows the benchmob was started in sacramento..

I honestly am baffled as to how the Kings have won 17 games this year. They are not good. Their bench will not be good when the team is healthy. They will notmake the playoffs. They wil NOT be this years Warriors.

Calderon is the starter. That makes about two people that actually contribute on that list.
