And how the hell is Chris Kaman BELOW Aldridge, Biendris, Okur and DAMPIER???

The East team looks pretty good - KG, LBJ, Dwyane, JKidd and Dwight Howard is not a bad starting 5.

I hope that some coaches realize that Branden Roy and Chris Paul should be in the all star game.

If not, then the NBA is dead to me.

Kaman probably wouldn't make it even though he deserves it. There's too many good centers in the west playing for better teams (i.e. Yao, Chandler,Stoudamire)

Unbelievable.

I'd say the East Guards is the least laughable turnout; actually, it looks pretty solid, sans the fact that Guard #5 has been injurd for quite some timenow

LOL... SCOLA IS A ROOKIE WHO GETS POSTER-IZED BY RUDY GAY, THE DUNK CONTESTANT, FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!
But you never know who voted..

WHERE IS THE BEST YOUNG BLOCKER IN THE LEAGUE?
I meant Josh Smith... Youngest player ever to reach 500 blocks... Also, former dunk contest champion...
He gets least votes for East Forward? Underrated
smh.gif

Why T-mac? Why? He just sells shoes...
He has to come up with something new to impress me (yeah, other than self pass off the board and dunk).

Well, ska, Chris Kaman has been impressive, but not entertaining.
I think we should give him a chance to perform what he has...

PS: Ska, you're Mehmet? WHERE'S YOUR LA PRIDE, HOMIE?
roll.gif

The Eastern team has some unselfish players in the starting lineup. Should be fun to watch.

it just hit me that shaq won't be in the all-star game this year after 13 straight.

Nah, that's from a 'What NBA player are you?' thread like a year or so ago. I said that I had no clue, and I described how I look andhow I play, and a bunch of people were like 'Mehmet Okur'.

- White
- Not very athletic, but hustles by being dedicated to playing well on BOTH ends of the court (no cherry picking while your team's playing D, and nostanding around on offense waiting for a pass)
- Doesn't talk a lot of crap, but isn't as quiet/composed/polite as Barry Sanders/Grant Hill
- Will often make winning plays on offense (game winning assist, game winning 3, etc.) OR defense (forcing turnovers, defensive rebound, whatever) in tightgames (just not every game; remember: not very athletic

)
- High 3pt. %, but not a chucker at AL
- Disheveled hair

Trust me, I wish there were a Laker that fit that description, but none do.

Hold on. How many from Each Position make the team? Anyone Anyone?

Does that mean Steve Nash won't make it?

It's based on the voting, but Steve's definitely in.

It's usually like 4 guards + 5 forwards + 3 centers, or like 5 guards + 4 forwards + 3 centers.
