I was wearing my 98 air max tn, and realized they will be ten years old in a few months. What OG or retro do you still wear casually that is pretty old? Hereare mine and are all 100 percent wearable.

That's crazy because I was thinking the same thing about my kicks (shown below - Air Max 95's). Come around this Fall, it will be 10 years since Igot these and are still rockable. I even have abused them on several occasions. If only I knew then what I know now, I would of copped a few pairs. But at$110-$140 for Air Maxes, that wasn't feasable at that time for me.

But El Bro, Nice TL's. You have to agree with me 1998 was a great year for Air Maxes. We had Maxes, Tuned's, Etc..

Oldest shoe I still wear: 1997 Air Flight Turbulence

Second oldest pair of shoes are the OG Air Max Plus in the french blue colorway. If I didn't beat wear them so often years ago, I'd be able to wearthem more often now.

First would be 1991 Air Force all black with the white Swoosh.

Second is a pair of 1992 Air Bound.

Third would be a few different OG Air Max 97's.

Yeah 98 was an awesome year. These 98 Tn's are my favorite running shoe ever.

co-sign to 1998 but I'll also add 1999 to the mix because a lot of great am95's came out in those two years.

Absolutely right! '99 was a great year too for us Air-heads (I think I just coined a phrase). Add Air Max Plus to the list, Air Tailwinds, TerraHumaras, Air Tuned Max, Kikunis...the list goes on. And SO many colorways for each model. I'd say the amount of colorways for these are the equivalant tothe amount of colorways they released for the AF1's in 07, if not, more.

If you can, grab Issue 19 of Sole Magazine. They still have em in Foot Lockers, so see if you can. You will definitely be taken a trip down memory lane withall that I mentioned right now for 98 and 99.

oldest - nike air max 96 in wht/nvy/grn

and og penny 3's... i think they came out in 97

Up untill about 3 years ago it was these two pair of OG XII's. I outgrew them so they didn't do much of anything. I sold the playoffs, and I'mnever getting rid of the wht/red as they were the first AJ I ever bought with my own money. I bought em DS in 2000 for $80. What a deal.

The oldest shoes that I can still wear are either the Hyperflights or AJ XI's. Not sure which ones came out first.
