Like anybody, I mean anybody, was waiting patiently for Oschino of all people to speak on anything. C'mon.

I can only imagine this is hate as 95% of all rap articles mentioning Jay (and anymore, literally like 95% of all rap articles or interviews mention Jay insome form) are hate.

Hell, only thing that surprises me anymore is a positive or neutral remark concerning Jay's accomplishments and failures or his tenure at def jam.
 
It's only so long you can hold dudes by the hand. You in the streets wild and Jay supposed to hold you down? You're an artist signed to a label,period. Like I understand you supposed to push that "crew" image, but you not supposed to fool yourself. I repeat, you're an artist signed to alabel. But I guess dudes don't understand that. Jay-Z don't owe you nothing but opportunity, which is what you got. I remember it was all Jay could doto keep Beans from imploding and he is still facing issues to this day. You can't save everybody, especially those who aren't working to savethemselves. All the dudes in Jay's direct circle, Tyty, Beehigh, Bleek, Emory, etc. aren't complaining. It's only these sideline dudes andaffiliates whining. O sounding stupid too trying to juxtapose helping kids in Africa with helping the people around Jay. Helping kids inAfrica>>>>> shelling out dollars for the numbscullery of dudes who have been provided opportunity to do for themselves.

Kanye would have been in the same situation ; backburnered .
But he was one of the smart ones that stood up and stopped waiting on someone else to help him .

You right............... No denying that.
But it's another thing to string a dude along who obviously needs the full chance (and money) a record label "offers" & then just snatch hisbest songs & send him on his way because he wasn't "viable or marketable". And you know Jay told dude to give up them songs for the"good of the team". If that was the case, don't eff with dude to begin with. You playing with the most profitable years of a mans life. And thendudes be quick to call "hater" on the next man when he's just trying to position his gains his damn self.
Like everything in life, I don't think it's so clear cut as either side would present the situation.
But yo, cut duke loose if you not effing with him. Simple as that. Quick .
Don't not return his calls, avoid the situation because you personally are good. If you sign them, eff with them. Period, point blank. Do what you can doto make dude win & ultimately the whole situation win. Otherwise, you just playing with grown men's futures.

Oschino just sounds like a sour*%@#% about the situation. I guess when times get rough, let's get on dvd, and blame Jay-Z. Let's air him out becauseI'm not doing well anymore. Gimme a break. Oschino's a grown man with that project mentality where he gotta depend on people to help him out. Dudealready said Dame Dash is payin his rent. I guess Jay-Z was supposed to make him a star too. Dude's lame, getting into his own troubles and then actinglike it's someone elses fault.

Oschino is one of my favorite artist, but he's OD. People only seem to hate on Jay when the money gets low.
 
He does have some points though....

kanye is a producer so he can do that..and remember dame is da one that believed in him NOT jay-z.....if anything jay-z is da WORST boss EVER....killa camand 50 cent and for da most part RZA are da best leaders of groups of all time...cuz at da end of da day, ALLLLLLLLLLLL of da soldiers are eatin.
 
^Yo Dame came out and said that he had no intentions on putting Kanye out anytime soon so he really didn't believe in Kanye as an artists.
 
^how? You realize the interviewer is the ones who asks the question, he's just speakin what he feel. He wasnt even on no disrespectul @%@+ anyway, justreal talk.... Some of his points is a lil misguided (like about Jaz-O), but most of what he was saying was 100% understandable from his point of view...
