How many % of football players take steroids???

I think there's a lot of pressure on these guys, not only having to compete with the next young stud, but also the fans. Honestly, who wants to watch abunch of scrawny or fat dudes play football. The sport has evolved, we want to see bigger, stronger, faster players punishing each other. I certainly don'tcondone it, but on the other hand I don't want to watch 1920's style football. I would say at least 65%+ of NFL players have taken some sort ofenhancing substance.

i dont even workout

and i guarantee i'll outlive all these dudes by like 15-20 years

for some reason all these people who are in insane shape always die young

pure, 100% ignorance from that statement.

how you guarantee like you god?Somebody who is in shape means they are in great cardiovascular shape, and if you don't work out, the chances of them living longer than you are higherthan you living longer than them

great cardiovascular shape = healthy heart.

Brady Quinn is definitely on something. No way was dude that ripped in college, definitely on something.
yea, when he backed up C. Holiday, he was frail, than after they made him the starter and moved Carlyle (sp?) Holiday to receiver, he was ripped.

As for roids in the NFL? There are def. some cats who dabble in HGH (Junior Seau is somebody who comes to my mind when talking about HGH) but as far as roids? Not as high as some may think. I'm going to say 30% of the NFL and it's probably the more irrelevant role players. At the most, NFL players take a lotof protein supps, creatine monohydrate, and weight gainers. They got the money so they can afford to buy and eat healthy foods by the bulk. Remember that.

Yea right
I've read studies saying that exercise actually shortens your life because its extra stress on the body.

and look at most people who live past 100 years old they're just regular people not health nuts

I'm going to with somewhere in the 85% range of all NFL players have taken either steroids/HGH/prohormones.

Guys dont underestimate what eating right and working out can do.
we all can sit here and speculate, but dont just take away because they're beast and you a lil ___.

Co-Sign on that one. And regular people dont live to be 100 years old dude. Thats BS. My great grandpa lived to be 102, he walked miles every day upuntil the day he died. Being healthy doesnt mean you're ripped/can benchpress 350 pounds.

more ignorance. you don't have to be a "health nut" to be in shape. there is a such thing called "functionally healthy."Functionally healthy is when the everyday tasks you perform in your environment are disguised workouts. You ever see the women in foreign countries carryingbuckets of water along their shoulders and walking miles with that load on their shoulders back to the village? Well, that may not look as cool as Bosco doingarm curls at LA fitness, but those women are def. getting workouts done. They are performing the tasks that their bodies were made for instead of sitting infront of a computer (possibly ruining posture) and waiting for the Sparklets guy to deliver their monthly water supply.

I can't believe you're underestimating a healthy diet and fitness, two things that have been proven to be more beneficial than harmful to your body.

exactly. Cardio exersises make your heart much more efficient at pumping and filling blood to and from the heart. But I know what you're doing

You're trying to make yourself feel better about not havingenough motivation or work ethic to actually go to a gym. I see you

so if your feeling good your lookin good

^^interesting arguement but imunna have to side with MART1N on this one...

excercise is definitely healthy for you and there is no proof that people that don't excercise live longer...

maybe people that do nothing but lift weights and are weighlifters die fast because they are on some types of supplements..

I really think supplements are bad for the heart because they are not natural things but thats just my opinion...

and BTW, whats HGH???

False. That's a weak argument as well.

is it legal or illegal???

Illegal.

It has got to be pretty high, I'm sure the NFL doesn't want to bring it out cause they are afraid of that number.

enjoy that heart disease you got coming.....you have a warped outlook on life. You may not feel it, but ultimately you could be cutting your life in half bythe way that you are choosing to live it. There is nothing wrong with cutting loose or indulging in things that you enjoy. However, as you get older you needto have a balance between wellness and enjoying things such as a "drank" or whatever it may be. I just don't understand how people don'ttreat their own bodies with care. It doesn't take much to go to the gym 3x a week, and it doesn't take much to cut back on alcohol, drugs, etc.....thedisregard for your own well-being is going to catch up with you. You're not healthy, and you are feeding in to whatever lies you are making yourselfbelieve and telling yourself, by saying you feel better than you ever have....

you don't work out which means you are susceptible to injury (as you get older), you don't eat healthy which means you probably have highcholesterol among other things associated with a poor diet, AND you sip "drank" (medicine) which has known side effects when abused. You may be 26and look younger than most people but that is probably because of your genes

You don't know what you're talking about. I partiallyagree with you when you say mental health dictates physical health, but the two are supposed to work together. You can be the most happiest guy but thatdoesn't mean a damn thing if you're killing your liver by sippin' "drank" and eating artery clogging foods. Any doctor will tell you thatyou are on the road to physical destruction, regardless of your mental well being. In regards to steroids, a lot of athletes have the resources to eat well andworkout regularly to maintain their physical perfection. Steroids is just a way to supplement what they already have from when they previously worked outregularly and ate properly.
