wow, then you don't know basketball. If you're a point guard and an opponent beats one of your teammates and you slide over in help are you goingto try to swat his shot or take the charge and get your team the basketball.

But Paul, Nash, and/or Baron should all be starting over AI (although I think he should still be in the game somehow as a reserve, haha).

Oh, and sick dunk BTW, saw that on Sportscenter, real nice (he almost died for real though).

and finally Gilbert Arenas with more votes than Chauncey, Rip, Joe Johnson, Jose Calderon, and Mike Redd even though he isnt cleared to run or jump yet.....
Excluding YAO and T-Mac...you just named a bunch of people who wouldnt start anyway...so exactly what point did you make? Fans only vote thestarters...so what's your point bringing up guys like Yi, Shane, and Scola who wouldnt get enough votes to start anyway?

Proving once again why JR Smith is an idiot. It's 43-29, Hornets lead, AFTER THE DUNK. You cut the lead to 14. It's still only 2 points.
In 18 Minutes JR, you went 5-12 from the field, had zero assists, 3 turnovers, 3 fouls and your team lost BY 24 POINTS.

JR Smith is the dumbest player in the entire NBA. Get this fool out of the league. Seriously.

At least make him change his shot or something. You don't have to block it to play defense. Disrupt the offensive player and make the shot moredificult, and you've done your job.


You're a Warrior fan so you see this all the time. You see Baron Davis when he's the only guy back on transition defense. He doesn't necessarilyblock the shot, but he does make what would be an easy layup turn into a difficult layup, thus increasing the chance of the player to miss the shot. He doesthis without fouling or trying to take the charge.
