Its funny I have numerous contacts from NT here and never had one problem with them.They actually pick up their kicks with no problems.

Youll be back.They all come back.

Just make sure when you place items on hold you actually pick them up.

You lost a customer who has spent well over $1,000 in that store.

@moundraised23....Reserves.Prepays.When its a huge release that we get alot of we may hold a pair or two just really depends on a case by case.
We didnt reserve the Alts because of them being real limited.I dont like to open my store with everything reserved,takes the fun out of it.
We are taking reserves on the wht/red 13s and cool greys as far as I know.Depends on if everything ships right.

Funny the average consumer doesnt understand the business side of it.Alot goes on besides the sell of the shoe.Alot is out of our control.

We appreciate each and every customer we have.Once in a while a customer will get upset for one reason or another and you will lose them.
I will take this situation and figure out what I did wrong and make sure it doesnt happen for the next guy.Most of it is just bitterness towards being told "NO".
But when the prices are too high elsewhere and the connect cant take care of you elswhere,you will always come back to the one that took care of you so many times before.
 
I'm not being bitter towards anything man.

I just liked going in there, talking about shoes or whatever... copping and leaving happy.

The last few times I was in there, it just seemed like I was always getting mugged for some odd reason.

. I can't speak for everybody, but I don't think you'll get much support on that argument here. In fact, SS has always had pretty decent staff @ all their Nashville locations and I've shopped there for well over 15+ years now.
