sweet! Nice to see everyone showing love for the summit. Thanks to everyone for helping make this thing happen. I just checked the weather and got a few different temps..... Weather.com said 72 and the yahoo on my phone said 60. So make sure that everyone comes prepared. Looking forward to it.

^^^ yes Im down and I was going to pay but seeing its 21 mins past wednesday I should just stick to paying at GG park. Also if were not playing sports in the summit...is gambling allowed or their is certain restrictions,limitations??
 
i havent said much in the post at all, but just wanted to give a tiny update
we did most of the shopping tonight for saturday...and i dont want to seem like im hyping anything up, but we got a lot of good food for the bbq...and as my ever growing belly may suggest, i love food...so im hyped...

also just want to thank everyone for their ongoing support and contributions...and im lookin forward to seein yall there....

iluvjordanxi- yeah, just pay the day of...at this point thatll be easier...

Like Jae said we got a lot of good grub. There should be enought to feed a small army...lol. There is nothing worse than going to a bbq and them not having enough food and leaving hungry. Don't worry that wont happen.

If anyone is worried about not being able to find the place in the park please pm me and I will be more than happy to give you my cell and help you out.

yeah, thx fongstarr........getting this thing together has been a lot of work, but, fortunately, we've had some real good dudes helping out......some of y'all out there too. again, we appreciate it!


and like broc said, there's nothing worse than not having good/enough grub at a bbq. i'm just your average asian dude, but i can kobayashi like no one's business. i'ma eat a light dinner fri nite to be EXTRA ravenous come sat at the bbq........y'all better not lay any of your plates+dogs+burgers around me! :tongue:

just picked up a bunch of T's from dp of 4FIFTEEN Clothing. i just might have to keep one of these babies for myself cuz my 415 Bridge joint isn't lookin too crispy anymore. lol j/k, dp......all 8 are going to the kiddos+other NTers thru the raffles. :wink:

but, unfortunately, i forgot to hit up my guys over at Motorsport Techniques in Hayward and don't have time to get out there before the BBQ, so there won't be any freebies from them this time around....maybe at the next NorCal Summit

there'll still be some good stuff from Urban Era and maybe a couple others tho.

if anyone has a cooler/ice chest and can bring it, PLEASE DO.

rafsjays was gonna bring us another one, but he said he might not make it anymore due to a mishap.
we still have 2 coolers, but it'd be good if we had another to help keep the perishable food+drinks cold.
even one or two of them styrofoam joints would be help.

oh, and broc just reminded me that we also need a good boombox OR portable speakers to hook up to an iPod or whatever for some tunes.
we don't need anything super huge/obnoxious tho.....park rules prohibit that.
anyways, if one of y'all can hook it up w/a box or speakers that'd be great. otherwise i guess we'll just have sing campfires songs or hum to each other. :lol:
