Love those MMM's but the lace job

i got a question about something i noticed with the nappa black YSL rolling highs...
is there different bottoms on certain ones?
sometimes the soles have like a gum-colored spaghetti-look... others are gum-colored but smoother.
also something i've noticed is some just say Made In Spain and the size on the inside tongue, while others have a code...
other differences are the placing of the "Yves Saint Laurent"-signature stitching on the sides (which i don't think i've seen have exactly the same placement on 2 pairs).

is this just a case of some being knock-offs or is there actually differences?
because the shoe has been in production for a good 3 years now.

yup, its definitely gotta go. Sometimes I just have this urgency to wear things the day I get them...

Anyone else's MMM's come with second pair of laces? because mines didn't; any suggestions where to find thick laces for them?

these should be in most if not all stores already - i had pix a week or 2 back never got around to posting them...theres a couple more including the beef and brocs with a strap  - my sa called last week and said they were in
 
Sole- The retail on them is usually in the 8's, but lately mostly everything I buy I wait to find it on sale.
 
heres the sneaker i was talking about- you can see some of the other f/w stuff in the back - hideous to me but people went crazy over them moon boots so im sure some will find them appealing

Thanks for the help.  Question on sizing.  I wear a 14 in Nikes and 13 US/12 Euro in Prada.  What size would I need in these/do they fit true to size?  They only have a 14 Gucci left...
 
@blazinbama I would go with a 13 in gucci...I'm a 11 in jordans and the 10G in the boots fits perfect if not a tiny bit big

call the store and have them do a search for you- theres also some gucci's along the same lines as the punchys
